Selling from out of town, he promised that he would do everything. He did not notify my of the sale of the house. He did not notify me that he added a "price reduction of $25,000 price reduction EACH WEEK the home goes unsold" during the holiday season of November and December, which historically, there are no purchases of homes. Steve Thomas, Broker initially seemed helpful but was dismissive and unhelpful. However, six months after sale of the house, he did send the closing documents.

Every other builder we said we were looking into he badmouthed and said their wait was years - our home build was almost three years! I would never use or recommend this agency; they misrepresented the builder in order to make money on the commission and get their special kickback with the builder - Blue Water Homes which is the worst builder we have ever been exposed to so run from them too. This complaint is also going to the DBPR. Don't use this Real Estate Agent or his Broker or Blue Water Homes. When I build a house over a million dollars, I should not have to create the specs for the AC Pad, Generac Pad, Pool Pad, and Mini Split pad because their specs did not allow for enough air flow as required for an AC unit or the Generac. Blue Water Homes also put our master bath on the inside wall - the drawing call for floor to ceiling shower - so we caught it and it was corrected and the slab was poured - only to be dug up by their Senior foreman, Richard, could not find his way out of a box, and we had to tell them - LOOK AT YOUR PLANS.

Took pictures of the mold behind the handler upon moving in . ( I believe they knew the condition of this place ) Kept paying rent as nothing was ever addressed, I had no idea that our lives ( mine and my dogs) would change drastically!) Every year the rent increased and the ac was never addressed . My dog got horribly ill with pneumonia and I was sick constantly until it got so bad with me I had the air quality tested. The house had so many issues. Mold ,water damaged cabinets . It was like pulling teeth for them to acknowledge or listen to me about the severity of it. They cleaned the ducts and then it got so much worse !! Not done by professionals. (No one that works for them is professional) We were living in the porch , eyes and throat burning, absolutely horrible. I had to stay with different people the last month. Meanwhile I had tried to get out my lease 6 months earlier . They messed that up too. I had never been late on a payment and paid over 50,000 in rent!!! They never returned my full deposit because they said I had unpaid rent !!!! I physically couldn't stay there . Right now a month later after throwing out all our belongings , living with different families and being treated for CIRS, still sick I can only hope they reap what they sow. The neighbors said they replaced the roof but if no repairs were done inside. as stated in the report, the attic, kitchen wall behind the ac, water damaged cabinets with aspergillus weren't addressed another family will suffer . They do not care at all. I will post pics from the report very soon !RESPONSE.. I am also editing this review in her response. They had guys clean the ac coils using bleach ! He told me you may not be able to stay here a couple days . I could not believe we left for 3 days and came back and that's when it got unbearable !! We slept in the porch and garage with a big fan. We could not stay there any longer. The last month they didn't refund !!! . I was the one that hired the mold test guy they said they would not pay for it. Then they purchased the report from him. You are never supposed to clean coils or ducts with bleach . It's common sense and I've done lots of research They had 7 days to remediate and they didn't .Just look at their reviews please.
