From the very beginning BCC has given great customer service. I was browsing for a carpet cleaning company and they were fast in response, and were able to quote me on my one room cleaning. They require a 2 room minimum, and because they were so affordable, I agreed to deep clean 3 rooms! We were able to set a time, and they arrived promptly. The staff was very polite, and during the walk through before the actual carpet cleaning, they very clear of what they would do, and even helped me carry some of the furniture off of the carpet (I broke my foot and in a cast.) They finished 3 rooms in less than 2 hours, and were very thorough. I was very surprised of all the stains and dirt removed!
