Had my carpet cleaned today by Gorilla carpet cleaning. They did and exceptional job! Our new puppy had been targeting our stairs and they got all that cleaned and then some! We had some other areas that had already been cleaned from when our other dog had been sick with diarrhea. You couldn't see anything with the naked eye but with the black light you could. Dillon and Jordan did a great job in restoring my two year old carpet to its original lustre after some painting and construction that left the carpet so dusty and dirty. They also repaired the section of the bedroom where the construction crew removed the carpet and replaced it with the leftover carpet that we had from the original install and you can't even tell that it was replaced. Just like new. Glad we kept the left over carpet because it has come in handy on more than one occasion. My parents were having their carpets cleaned by this company. They took them on a tour of the house showing what carpets to do and what door to NOT open because the cats were inside there. Alex opened the door letting both INDOOR cats out. One was found and the other was lost for hours. He did not seem to care one bit. He was NOT wearing a mask and when asked to, he kept making excuses to not wear one until I said he would not be able to do the job anymore, so he put it on. He tromped on the carpet with his dirty shoes leaving shoes prints without using booties. He told us he was co-owner of the company to try to get us not to call the company, found out that was a lie. He threw a hose onto my mom's car too. He ended up doing the service for free after he said he'd do it for half price, but I said he should be paying us for this turmoil he put us through.
