During a very stressful time (moving into a new house) it dawned on me the carpets in this new house NEED TO BE CLEANED. I wanted to have it done before we moved in and had all the furniture in place. I called and was hopeful to have it done soon, as we planned on moving the following week. Justin answered the phone was completely professional. We discussed how big the house was how long it would take and ultimately the few stains that I was skeptical that would come out. In the master bedroom, there was a stain that looks like it could've been hair dye, one of the kids rooms there was a stain of I don't know what on the carpet And the stairs look like somebody spilled their drink all the way down the stairs. Also, there was another stain of pink or red something that had been spread around an area, who knows and I was hopeful that we would be able to get them out because I do not want to replace the carpet at this time. We discussed he has a guy who he can recommend for carpet repair if need for the major stains if they didn't come out, but said he would do his best. Justin squeezed me in on a Saturday morning, got set up and was done within 3 to 4 hours. I wish I would've taken before and after photos because I was shocked. All of the stains were gone except for one in the kids bedroom but it is so much lighter you can't even notice it especially with her furniture in there now. 100% recommend read more
