And if by chance there is something they aren't able to do, they will give you a referral and even over see the job. We hired them after they did a great job on our daughters new flooring throughout her home, interior paint along with new bathroom toilets and vanities. On our way home from walking the dog my wife and I saw the Quality Carpet and Flooring van as it was servicing another house. We have a rug we have been wanting to get cleaned so took a chance and approached them. Jerry and Brian could not have been more professional and easy to work with! About to leave the job they were on they took the time to come inside and take a look. They offered us a reasonable price and agreed to come back the next day with more guys to take the rug away as we had to prep the area. They communicated clearly about when they would arrive, showed up with four guys to help move our dining room table with extra care, rolled up the rug and away it went. About a week later they brought it back after cleaning and treating the rug for pet spots. Rug looked noticeably better! The colors are vibrant again and our twenty year old rug looks brand new! We had a small flood in our kitchen awhile back that ruined our laminate wood flooring. After searching for months for a floor that my dear wife liked () we were frustrated. We visited all the local flooring stores and saw flooring we liked but never felt completely confident in their installation ability. My wife found a recommendation on a Facebook group for Quality Carpet and Flooring. Not expecting anything different, she called, and Jerry and Brian came over to meet us. They were incredibly friendly and confident in their presentations. These poor guys... My wife had them bring countless samples to our house to look at and she asked them millions of questions. They were incredibly patient and always happy to help. Once she decided on the floor she wanted we asked for a quote . It was very competitive with the several others we had received. Thrilled, we scheduled the installation. The installation crew showed up on time and worked unbelievably quickly. They spent extra time grinding concrete and adding self leveler to make sure our floor was level. They even pulled a section up to re-level underneath because they weren't satisfied (our concrete is jacked up...thanks earthquakes ) They also installed and caulked new baseboards that look amazing. Needless to say we are absolutely thrilled. The floor looks amazing and the installation was flawless. The installers worked unbelievably quickly and with precision. Jerry and his crew are professional, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've been having issues with my dryer vent for the last three years. I've had four different companies out to clean the vent and no one was able to get through the opening and restore the airflow. I was told I would need to re-vent the dryer elsewhere. We've had Quality Carpet Care in twice - first to do an emergency carpet clean in an upstairs room (they came first thing and got it done - looked and smelled great). Then last summer I had them clean our ceramic floor and grout and a small carpet area. They did a fabulous job - were on their hands and knees hand-scrubbing the grout and in some places going over and over it until it was spotless. I couldn't have been more pleased. Our toilet overflowed and flooded 3 bedrooms. A friend referred me to Jerry at Quality Carpet & Flooring and he walked me through what to do until they could come out the next morning. They were very prompt and professional and removed the old carpet and padding the next morning. They set us up with carpet blowers and dehumidifiers and checked in over the next couple days. (It was so clogged up it was causing my dryer to take several cycles to dry a single load of clothes and I shudder to think of the fire hazard it posed!)
