That was a first for me because I know Gregory's Coffee would never drop the ball like that. Yes I know people have bad days...the Gregory team responded quickly upon seeing my review and awarded me generous reward points to come back and give them another chance. So I did and it was what I knew and expected from Gregory's! My handcrafted drink was made to my liking and as I entered it was waiting for me! And of course it was Delicious. Thank you Gregory's Coffee for your professionalism and courtesy. And kudos to the male barista that was working today. Even if I was not treated with the reward points, I'm always loyal to Gregory's coffee cause they "see coffee differently" and they're worth the try. Once you try Gregory's you don't go back!
