I came to this Starbucks because it's on my way to my Doctor office, but I have to say their coffee never disappoints always very hot and yummy. I love the spinach feta ,cheese, egg whites wrap also served nice and hot. It's a pretty busy Starbucks lots of young college students but with that said the service is pretty quick. When I go there I don't stay long but others are on their laptops doing their work so I gather they like the ambience. read more

Yesterday I ordered around 8 o'clock for 2 grande Starwberry acai lemonade with one birthday cake pop and one chocolate croissant. It had been about 30 minutes which I thought was werid a waited until 10pm and still didn't get my order. Terrible service. Made my drink the wrong size and asked if i just wanted them to add to it instead of making a new one. Then when I drove off I realized my other drink was the completely wrong drink. When i voiced my frustration the manager was quite rude. Strange because i go there once a week. Find a new Starbucks with workers who aren't rude when they messed up 2/2 of my drink orders. Oh and they made me sign some paper after they forced me to pay an additional 2 dollars. read more

Very kind staff at this location. I liked the interaction I had with the cashier and barista. Very down to earth, and pleasant. Indoor and outdoor seating for those nice summer nights. This location is in a newer outdoor shopping mall. Plenty of parking, but limited spaces by the storefront. Some of the employees are much friendlier than others, but 30-40 minutes before closing time, they start cleaning up and shaking out the floor mats even if the mats are directly in front of the customers and all the dust and specs of dirt go flying everywhere. After they shook out the mats, dirt got into my boyfriend's eye. Pretty gross. I used to be a waitress - I know what closing time is like at a restaurant or food establishment. But damn, if they wanna get out of there asap, the least they can do is shake out the mats where the customers aren't sitting. read more

This Starbucks is not one of my favorite ones. It's out of the way for most situations, since it goes away from NYC and towards almost nowhere. The parking for the plaza it shares with other stores is usually quite crowded and the people drive like crap. A huge apartment complex shares the plaza as well, so it's always pretty busy. The coffee is the same as every other Starbucks, but I'm not as friendly with the staff here as I am at other locations. read more

I don't frequent this location often, but when I do I've always had good service and good coffee. I used to live in the Fair Lawn Commons and unfortunately moved just as the promenade was put in, so disappointing because there are some really great places in the promenade. It does tend to get crowded if your trying to park right next to the Starbucks, I've had better luck parking near the Habit Burger. I'll definitely be back :) read more

Okay, I love Starbucks and go quite often. Unfortunately, this location has some serious issues, almost none of which can be controlled by their staff. First of all, there's the outside seating. It's generally crowded with either people screaming at each other in foreign languages or kids also sitting around screaming. The interesting thing is that very few of them are Starbucks patrons. I guess they're locals who don't have back yards of their own in which to congregate or entertain friends. It's frustrating because sometimes I feel like sitting outside, sipping my latte in relative peace and quiet. Not happening here. On more than one occasion, I've seen people actually picnicking, complete with foul smelling food and bottles of wine. At Starbucks. Really? Same with inside. There seems to be a disproportionate amount of Starbucks geeks hanging out on their laptops, nursing cups of coffee for hours on end. I know that this is a casualty of free wifi but c'mon people, get a life. There are many wonderful places in Bergen County and the planet in general that you can visit without having to purchase premium coffee or stare at a computer. Of course, all this traffic negatively affects the trash situation because the cans are generally either full or overflowing and the store is usually in some state of physical disarray. Again, not something the staff can easily control. All and all, if you prefer your premium coffee beveridge in relative peace and solitude, you should probably take it to go or head over to Glen Rock. That location is a lot smaller but far more civilized and a lot less zooey. read more

If you've got lots of extra time for a coffee stop here. I stop at a Starbucks daily, but this one I avoid at all costs. Their product is great as it is at all Starbucks, but if you have a job or somewhere to go today, you're better off in wyckoff or oakland. In fact it might be faster to drive to Ridgewood drive thru starbucks. Stopped by this location to grab a drink and breakfast while out of town on business. Staff was friendly. In a haste I forgot to grab my itemized receipt that I needed for business expensing. Although it was a long shot, I called the next day to see if they could help. Lucky me they gave the phone to Carolyn and she took the time to find a copy for me. I needed it scanned to me via email and she didn't have access to their copier, but she quickly offered to take a pic on her cell phone and send me a copy. I had to write this review because Carolyn went well above and beyond to help it really saved the day for me. Hard to find great customer service like this these days! read more

They took orders quickly and though my drink did come much later than my boyfriend's drink (he ordered after me, but his drink wasn't a coffee beverage so they could probably make it while they wait for their coffee machines to finish up everyone's beverage.) Usually places give you extra caramel & it's just like "Oh, thanks for the tiny drop of extra caramel," but this place did not skimp on that extra caramel I ordered. The people that work there are nice and pleasant, and obviously the product is quality since it's a Starbucks. But they are by far the slowest Starbucks but I've ever seen in the company. And I've probably been to about 75 Starbucks around the area. Management really needs to figure out just how to be a bit tighter. Bottom Line: Was going to give it two stars because of how pleasant some of the workers were, but then remembered that (1) this is by far the filthiest store I have ever been to, and (2) this is a review of the store itself and it doesn't harm the employees. For those that typically stop at Bergen County stores and are confused as to why this store is literally an outlier in regard to quality of service and cleanliness, wonder no more.
