I have lived in the Bellingham area for over nine years. I have tried many different nail places. I'm good, so I'm not so good, but nothing I have been super excited about and wanted to return to. Being lucky to have walked into better nails, I was greeted nicely. I took my Daughter and her friend, and we were all treated very well. I can't express how happy I was with the full deluxe pedicure and full set of nails, and I find myself three weeks later even more excited that my nails are all intact and still look as good as they did when I first got them. Customer service was terrific. I recommend this place. I highly asked for Tom. He does fantastic pedicures. I am exceptionally very relaxed and pleased. It's well worth the price. read more

The guy who does lovely nails on posted social media sites has a bad attitude. I don't think he knows how to speak kindly at all. He rushed and when I told him that one of my nails was very crooked he said I'm not done, let me shape them.. I said okay. GUESS WHAT GUYS ?!? It was still crooked after he filed it and the lady noticed it and told him so he asked if I liked them and I lied and said yeah their pretty. I honestly just wanted to leave. Zero stars should exist. The woman was rude as soon as I walked into the door. The man doing my nails was one of the rudest men I've men in my life. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. At one point he threw a shit fit, stood up and said he wasn't doing my nails anymore "you don't like it, I not do it". It was wild. On a positive note, if you don't mind being yanked around, yelled at and having a terrible experience but want to pay a fair price for mediocre nails, come here. Wow- life's a wild ride. I had a fill and pedicure done here today. The pedicure was nice, the woman who did it for me was also friendly. The male who did my nails did an awful job. He rushed it, my nails are all different shapes and it's just sloppy. I regret going here 100%. He offered to "fix them", but would not refund me for his poor work. He thinks they look good- see the photos for yourself. In addition, this place is t very sanitary. There were real and acrylic cut fingernails all over the floor and tables. Worst pedicure ever. They tried to skip filing my nails and got upset when I asked them to actually take off ALL the old nail polish. The massage was very strange and it took 2 hours. We went here based on their ratings, but literally the worst nail experience I've ever had. I don't usually post bad reviews, unless it's that bad. My daughter and I, both got pedicures. The lady that did my daughters nails, kept hurting her by cutting the sides and way too short. She said "ouch" a few times, but she laughed it off. They also were cut very uneven. And then she left her sitting without putting the thing between your toes. My nails were cut very uneven. I also got my fingernails painted which, were terrible. I got a full acrylic set with designs on a few nails and the work was hurried, sloppy and mediocre for the $50 price tag. We only went here because our first choice of nail places to go had just closed. This place is dirty. There were so many mail clippings on the floor. And dust bunnies. They obviously don't sweep very often. My pedicure...the soak and foot scrub was okay and decent massage but the nail work and polish were terrible. It's winter and no one but me really sees my feet at the moment but were it Summer, I would go and get them redone immediately somewhere else. I went with a friend and she was okay with her manicure though, but it was average. The owners and staff just don't seem to care at all. I'm only giving this two stars because My nails look better now that I fixed them by filing them for hours. I read reviews online and only came here because everyone seemed to love Tom. I'm not sure who Tom is but that's who I asked for. I walked in for my scheduled appointment time and asked for Tom. ( I called in first and asked if and what time Tom was available). I walked in and was instantly told to go pick a color. I explained that I actually wanted clear acrylics with maybe a few crystals/ gems here and there. They literally stared at me like i was crazy??? is this type of nail unheard of? I went to grab my phone to show them a picture of exactly what I wanted only to be told "no go sit down"... I am extremely unconfrontational ad shy/ a little bitch so i knew this was going to be a disaster. I sat down and at first a woman sat and started prepping my nails. Now i am no expert in nails but i do know that for clear acrylics you have to cut the natural nail neatly because you can still kind of see it with the sets on. They cut some of my nails and left others so they were uneven?? Then who I think is Tom came to take over. He asked again for what i wanted and i again offered to show him on my phone because he just stared at me when explained. I was disregarded AGAIN and he just stared going at it. For length I explained i wanted them a bit shorter with an oval shape because i have a job where i type all day. He cut one then bent my finger to where i couldn't really see the nail lol. He asked if the length was ok, tried to lean closer to see but he didn't get the hint so i gave up. I said ok but then when i could actually see i asked if it was ok if we could actually go a bit shorter but I was ignored :,) The process was rushed and messy (literally got nail dust on my face and covered on my shirt) I could tell they rarely cleaned in there. He was unfriendly / rude and honestly i just wanted to leave. Mind you i was literally the ONLY CUSTOMER IN THERE, so idk why it was so rushed and scary. I also gave up on critiquing what i wanted because i could tell they wouldn't care or change it. They would probably just argue with me then talk ish about me in another language. When it came to the jewels he didn't give me time to really look at any and i was trying to pick quickly because i could feel how impatient he was. But he just said " just let me do it". At this point i was so uncomfortable and really just wanted to get tf out. He also got mad because i guess my ring finger kind of naturally leans to the right when resting, and thinks that's why a jewel got messed up. But bitch no it was because he grabbed my hand out of the curing light then shoved it back in like WHAT. After my lame ass nails were finished, They told me it was $55 and the only thing I did right was not tip. I don't know what was up because some peoples nails looked beautiful and mine were so bad. There's no way with the skilled art i see other people posted, clear nails with a jewel or two on the ring finger was too challenging, but idk. I was really disappointed i got the courage to get my nails done because it never works out. I guess you just have to be loud and demanding to go there or they will just do what they want. read more
