From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. The ladies here are all amazing. They are always great about fitting you in around the time you want. My nails are always beautiful and well done. They can do almost anything nail design you ask for. I got a full set acrylic with pink french tip and chrome over the top. The chrome is patchy on some nails and the top coat is bubbly, my nails are so lumpy. Not worth the price at all. Oh and nothing was sanitized and they used the same files and buffers between clients. read more

Pedicure turned out OK ... they didn't give me what options they offer and only told me about the upsell/deluxe option, I found this out as other people came in and they were offered other options. The sanitary bag that lines the pedicure tub kept clogging the drain so they removed it 1/2 way through my service so it didn't feel sanitary. They did my manicure at the same time and the polish job was rushed, bumpy, and uneven. They weren't dried between coats. After spending $115 for a regular manicure and a pedicure I left pretty disappointed. Only to be even more disappointed two days later when the polish chipped off in large pieces. I then called to see if I could come in to have the 3 worst nails fixed and was told they only "guarantee" regular nail polish for one day after an appointment. $115 for a "one day" manicure and pedicure ... absolutely not read more

First of all my Pedicure was great! I got the Natural pedicure. pedicurist lady did a great job! They charge too much for gel. $15 extra if you want gel. My friend got just the express pedi with no massage or sugar scrub. So just a foot soak and foot buffing for $25. When she checked out it was $40 because she had gotten gel. Manicure was horrible. They got started on my "manicure" while I was in the pedicure chair. My nails soaked for maybe 30 seconds. She clipped some Cuticle but not all that usually would be taken off. Meanwhile my complementary drink was right under where she clipped the Cuticles. There were Cuticle clippings in my drink. She filed maybe 20 seconds. Literally my $45 manicure took her 10 minutes to do. Including painting and drying of the gel! She was unhappy cause she suggested I do a full set because my nail beds were too small and she wanted to make them longer. Lol if she took off all the cuticle and actually pushed them back like a regular manicure would do maybe I would have more nail bed room. I know I already have small nail beds. I stayed with my gel manicure. Then when she checks me out she asked me to pull out cash cause it's better for her rather than card since she knew it was a big amount of cash she would get on the spot rather than using a card. So unprofessional. $95 for a gel manicure and pedicure. I've been to many nail salons and this one was very overpriced for the experience. read more

I went in for a pedicure,told them I wanted a French tip. I even showed them a picture of what i was wanting. The lady at the front told me to have a seat. Then another lady came and got started. Everything was going well until it came down to doing the acrylic on my toes. She started paining my toes and doing the French tip with the nail polish. My toes nails were very short I didn't like it. I wanted acrylic so I showed her exactly what I wanted, she became frustrated speaking in her language. Telling me you should have told me! She ripped the stuff off my toes, still frustrated speaking in her language. I apologize multiple times for the miscommunication but still continuing to tell me you should have told me. They asked me to wait, the gal that could do my nails was with a customer so I told them it was fine, I was willing to wait but by then I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave. Point was I very excited to go in and get my toes done and then to leave with ugly toes and feeling uncomfortable just not a good experience I won't be going back. read more

I was in Bellingham and decided to check this nail spa out for the first time. Staff was friendly and place was empty so I was expecting at least a decent job. I got a French pedicure with nail art ( a flower) on the big toe. I naturally have dry skin but have had my cuticle and callous taken off properly. She scrubbed my callous for only about a minute each feet and partially removed cuticle. Filing nails was minimal too. The nail polish application was okay but finish very poor. And to top it off, she charged me $70 for a gel pedicure with a flower on the big toe. I would not have minded paying that if I had a better job done. Definitely I will not be going back. read more

I went in to get Dip... within 4 days the color completely faded. I was on vacation and as soon as I got back to town I went to show them. I was told they would re-do for 1/2 price. That's crazy. Then I was told I should have come in right away... to which I said I was across the county, I got into town @ 2:30am and went to the salon at 4:30pm. Nice that they offer you a drink, and it's very clean. I hope this review encourages them to be more detailed.
