After we move in, whenever we are locked out or need repair, their staffs always show up in the first place. They also clean the roof regularly to maintain the house in good condition. Recently we end up our lease in advance due to some emergencies. According to the lease agreement, we are expected to pay for a 2-month rental as the punishment. However, Eastside allows us to pay until they find another tenant (indeed they find another tenant in a week), which minimizes our loss.
