Yes, there is a lack of privacy in the patient care rooms. The front office seemed a little disorganized. Wait times were longer than seemed appropriate. I didn't actually see a Dr in person--there was a nurse practitioner on a skype call on a tablet. Then a nurse gave me a shot. This place is definitely no frills, but I was able to get taken care of. Not sure if I'd come back for something much more complicated.

They were so unprofessional, and struggled for about thirty minutes trying to input my insurance, with the card right in front of them. Keep in mind, the receptionist was extremely unable to do his job in the slightest, no compassion, empathy, or even a smile. When I finally saw the doctor, he was an asshole too. Took two minutes of his life and he acted like it was a huge problem for him. He went and put something into the computer, left the door open, then said from the other room "okay it went through" and we said "so we can go?" And he said "yep" and that was it. We left. No paperwork, no goodbye. A minute after we left I called the clinic to ask the doctor a question about how we got no paperwork (I was pretty pissed walking out and decided to not yell at anyone while in the office), with the receptionist telling me he already left. After bitching at him a bit he put the doctor on.....WHAT????? I'm absolutely appalled by this place. It's barely an urgent care. It's pretty much someone's home that's able to prescribe prescriptions. When I say PLEASE DONT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, I truly mean that. Just wait the couple hours for a walk in at indigo gig harbor or schedule an appointment. I promise it's worth the wait. This place is absolutely unsanitary, with dusty old plastic plants behind you in the actual rooms, hair hanging from the ceiling, walls not connected, clearly disgusting and not sterile for any type of doctors office. Although, it pairs well with the lack of care they provide. All around really really shitty urgent care.

She's been on the same stuff for years (before she started with him). Don't go to him if you have serious issues.

I chose Dr. Bright because I liked her name, which is a stupid reason to pick a doctor but researching doctors is hard so there we are. First, she's young- this was the first time I've had a doctor about my age- and it was AWESOME. From my cyst removal to my labs to my physical Dr. Bright was incredibly professional, kind, and just knew her stuff. She's also a great listener. When I say she's a great listener I don't mean "for a doctor" (a miracle in itself) but as a person. If you're looking for a great person to be your doctor who knows her stuff, is kind, and listens to what you need look no further. As for her staff they were all kind, professional, and respectful. I've been in three times so far and encountered 5 different folks that helped with scheduling, medical assistant, etc and they were all great. I especially liked Latanza.

This place is horrible. Where to begin…read more... First, try to call the office to verify the time of my appointment just to be placed on hold for OVER AN HOUR. I called back just to get an recorded message after trying to call back an hour later. I bring this up to the receptionist who looks like a druggy (and whom is extremely rude) and she just shrugged me off, not apologizing or anything. Then as I am sitting in the waiting room I overhear two women trash talking the doctors. They were saying how the doctors just run errands when they feel like it (even if they have scheduled appointments), the docs reschedule all the time, and the doctors show up late (up to 2 hours late) a lot. Also that they wait up to 2 hours before even seeing a doctor (and two doctors are currently behind the desk talking and laughing). Also the ladies talking complain about how the doctors like to just talk and talk even if they have a line out the door of scheduled appointments. Then a guy reschedules and walks out because he was waiting for over 2 hours for his scheduled appointment. Oh and the girl at the counter states to another patient that the doctor is leaving at the end of December and she doesn't know the new doctors name (who is standing right behind her). Then she informs a doctor that she lost a key to something because her desk is so messy... They also have a sign saying that they do not allow friends or family in the room with you... I honestly would rather spend the money going to the ER than to continue to go here.
