The music was great and it was karaoke night so there were a DJ and customers partaking in the festivities. Time passed and no word from our waitress and we notice people who came in after we received their food. We stopped another waitress and asked for an update about our food. Since our waitress was at the bar socializing. We were informed the food is made to order. Ok, not even 5 minutes later our waitress brought us our food. Which was warm and boarder line cold. We didn't complain, things happen. The food was good nevertheless. We order more drinks. With another server as ours was busy socializing at the bar still. I had to get up and go to the bar to request our check. There was a discrepancy in our bill as there were more drinks than what we ordered. There was also automatic gratuity. I'm not against automatic gratuity, but I am against someone getting compensated well for poor service. My friend decided to speak to the owner before writing a bad review. Because she is a business owner and believes it should be brought to his attention. Titus came over after speaking with my friend and apologized for the poor service and stated he would make it right next time as we were on our way out. I'm not sure if there will be the next time. After Titus apologized we still remained to wait for our server to bring us our card back. After 25 minutes I spoke to the other server who was able to get me my card and our coats. I have to say I was disappointed with my experience. I know this was because of the service.
