I'll begin with the lack of communication. A week prior we added more chairs and tables to our original request. When the delivery was made we did not receive those extra tables and chairs. At no time were we told that we would need to pay at delivery until they delivered and then called me asking for payment. Mind you, they delivered on a Friday during working hours so there wasn't anyone to pay them. At that point they threatened to take everything back. Finally, they backed into my mailbox while delivering (I have video surveillance and neighbors who saw it and called me). I brought it to their attention and they claimed they would pay for it and fix it themselves. It's been 2 months and after number plus calls to the company we have yet to see a check for the damage.
