We had to scramble on the day of the event to borrow chairs from friends. When I raised the issue, the response was dismissive. After several emails, they admitted they had gone through their inventory but still offered nothing for the unusable chairs. When I requested a discount for a future event, I was told to inspect every chair myself at pick-up and that 'no discount would be given.' How can they completely dismiss me after I was willing to give them another chance? As a retired hospitality professional, in Palm Beach, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I recommend choosing another rental company that values its customers and ensures proper quality inspections.

Brenda and 2 assistants were wonderful- so patient with the girls and followed their lead with how interested they were in each step and station. My tables and chairs were not delivered as promised, which was two days before the event and the company was completely unreachable no calls returned, no emergency contact, and no response on social media. With no updates and my event at risk, I was forced to hire another company and pay in full. South Party Rental finally showed up at noon on the day of the event, which was two days after the scheduled delivery and after I had already secured replacements. This is a clear breach of contract and highly unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. I am currently waiting for a refund!

Miraculously she said she could do the job even with short notice. We discussed design ideas and colors. I then sent her photos of the party room. The day of the party Roza and her partner arrived 4 hours before party time and installed the most stunning balloon decorations and backdrop. After the party they came back and collected everything.
