Their higher allocated bottles are adjusted to a more secondary price but the owner of the store isn't a charity service and I find the pricing very reasonable for what he is offering. Great finds like Stagg Jr on the shelf for a great price and even the Michters barrel strength Rye is at a great price. My favorite craft beer store in Honolulu. They pack in a thoughtful, cutting edge, balanced, interesting high quality selection into a small space. I always find a new fun beer to try, as well as the legends of each style, such as Weihenstephaner and Franziskaner for the Hefeweizens. Today tried Rogue Honey Kolsch for the first time, and it was awesome for a Friday after work. The owner is cool, his Doberman is a mellow beast, and all the guys who work here are friendly and helpful, with insightful suggestions and a deep knowledge of beer. This is my new go-to place for craft beer. They have a selection here that you simply can't compare to anywhere else in town that I'm aware of. I live right around the corner from this store and I have heard good things about shopping at this store because of selection. I have visited this spot 5 times and 3/5 of the times I have been singled out and targeted. The most recent I was out working out and the worker came outside when I was near and told me I cannot come in. I was not even in the store just on sidewalk near parking lot. So out of principle I went home grabbed my mask and came back to purchase a energy drink. The next visit I came in with my scarf around my face. The worker approached me and said my scarf is not an acceptable face mask and I could not be in his store. I hate to say it's because I am a POC but I do believe that is a factor on why I have difficulty shopping here. Was on a search for Galliano. Someone recommended Bev Mart. So we checked it out. Bev mart is located on Date Street near the fire station. Don't let the exterior fool you. From the outside, it looks like any other liquor store. But the inside is filled with shelves of liquor and wine. The perimeter refrigerator holds an abundance of craft beers. They have a wider selection than The Liquor Collection and at a lower price. If you are looking to try something new, check this place out. read more

Always getting new things, and always keeping up to date on social media(Instagram/Facebook). They also carry harder to find bourbons, whisky, scotch even basic liquors that you would expect grocery stores to carry but don't. I wish I could give half a star, half only for the fact that they had what I was looking for, I looked up liquor stores online looking for higher end Champagne, Dom perignon brut is one of my favorites and I wanted the Rosè and also Armand de brignac "Ace of spades" which are both above $300 a bottle, I walked in excited to see what I was looking for in the glass case, there was no price so I asked about it, the guy there didn't know anything and had to call his boss, after that he said I couldn't use credit card to buy it even having my I.D and they supposedly were having problems with people using cards, so I then offered to come back with cash he still said his boss needed to be there ?? Why are u there if u can't sell me anything? I thought it was odd, he gave me the number no answer, the boss text me hours later ? By then I already had went to Tamuras got better service at a better price, when expressing my issue he seemed to have an attitude and come off as rude, after reading reviews I see this has happened before, bad attitude and service, I would've bought that bottle and came back fojivr another high priced bottle, he said" oh we'll be ok" as if he didn't care at all, as a customer service associate and local resident, no Aloha and bad attitude and service I don't know how he has customers when other places have better prices and nicer people that can do their job read more

I've read some reviews on Bev Mart and also talked about it with my cousin. I've only heard good things about this place! One night after my sons baseball practice I ran into what I thought was just another liquor store to pick up some wine for the wifey. One of the workers "Thomas" introduced himself and asked if i need any help finding anything. Super cool dude and seemed friendly! Ended up getting an Italian wine at a super good price!
