He did the oil change and I really appreciated that he didn't try to charge me or sell me on something unnecessary at all when I took my car to the dealer next day, they confirmed there was an oil pan leak and they fixed it. I had called around to other shops beforehand--most were quoting higher prices and saying it would take a full day or even two to complete the inspection. When I spoke with the owner over the phone, he confidently told me the inspection usually takes ONLY about 30 minutes. And he was right! The first time, my vehicle didn't pass due to a manufacturer safety recall. I wasn't even aware of. The tech caught it right away and explained everything clearly. After I got the recall taken care of at the dealership, I returned a week later, and they charged just $50 for the re-inspection, which was more than reasonable. I originally paid $250 out the door, and even with the second visit, it was still a great deal compared to other places quoting $350+ and requiring the car for a whole day. The process was quick, smooth, and honest. If you need a VSSI or Brake and Light inspection, this is the place to go--efficient service and fair pricing. Highly recommend!
