Wasted $3,000 dishonest shop, owner doesn't listen. I took my 2016 Camaro here for a mechanical issue and had to bring it back three times for the same problem. I spent over $3,000, and the check engine light was still on. The car never felt right, and I honestly don't even believe they replaced the camshaft like they claimed -- there was no improvement, no proof, and no real explanation. The owner, Héctor, is especially frustrating to deal with. Every time I tried to explain what was going on, he'd just say "yes yes, we got it" and brush me off. He doesn't listen, doesn't take responsibility, and is not honest with his customers. I got so tired of the excuses and wasted time that I ended up selling the car and getting a different one. This shop cost me thousands and delivered nothing. Stay away. read more

Sloppy, dishonest work be careful. I brought my car here to install coilovers and gave them clear instructions that came in the box. They said they knew what they were doing even had the brand's sticker on their window but installed them wrong. All four wheels were at different heights. I had to take the car back over three times, and one of those times, they didn't even move the car but claimed they worked on it. Total lie. They delayed the alignment, and when they finally did it, they didn't give me the spec sheet. I had to pay another shop $300 to fix everything. Last year they also installed my brake rotors on the wrong sides front and rear. That's a serious safety risk. Their prices might seem fair, but their work is careless and dishonest. I wish I could give these guys 100 stars because they are truly great! I've taken my car here about five times for oil changes and tire repairs throughout the past two years. I've been meaning to brag about how good they are here on Yelp, but with work and other excuses, have not. So here it goes... The guys are the front desk are welcoming, respectful and sweet. I have always been asked if I want to wait for my car in the lobby or if I prefer a call to pick up when the car is ready. In regards to the work on my vehicle, I have no complaints either. I've never felt like they have tried to up sell me or or have felt lied to about having to repair certain parts of my vehicle. For example, I had a flat tire the other day and they simply patched it up within minutes for $20! I couldn't be more thankful! I can go on and on, but to keep it short, they are AMAZING! Most of the time if someone is posting a review about an auto repair business, it is to complain about something. I am happy to report that this review is 100% positive. My wife and I just moved to Fallbrook after living over 30 years in the same home in Oceanside. We had an auto mechanic there that we had used for decades and were a little apprehensive about trying to locate a decent and honest auto mechanic near our new place. The guys at Tire Center were an awesome surprise and my search is over before it began. I needed new tires on my old Toyota truck and when I called them their pricing was equivalent to what I would have spent at Walmart or Discount Tire. It is so pleasant to report that not only were their prices competitive but they treated me like a king. When they finished with my tire installation, they offered me a free oil change. I needed one on my other car and made an appointment to bring it in a few days later. When I brought my car in for them to change my oil, I needed a couple of other things looked at, like a noise in my rear brakes and a warning light that kept coming on. They not only changed my oil for free but also fixed all these other problems and sent me on my way without a bill. Came in the location driving on a rim towing a trailer because Pro Tire terrible customer service. Fernando came out and took off a stubborn lug nut that AAA rounded off in less then 30 seconds. Was on the road with my spare in 3 minutes. He said I didn't own him anything, I gave him 20 bucks for helping me out, and I was on my way. Hard to find this type of customer service anymore. These guys helped me out in a jam today. Fernando was friendly, approachable, and quick as a bunny. I was on my way home from work, when I ran over a huge pot hole on Main St. I could tell something was really wrong when the warning light in my car came on. I pulled over and saw that there was a huge gash in my rear passenger-side tire. I could hear air gushing out of it. Running off panic and pure adrenaline (I'm a girly girl and not at all good with car problems), I got back in my car and rode down the block a way. Luckily, I ran right into Fallbrook Tire Center. Problem solved. They had my spare on in 20 minutes flat. And the best part is that they didn't even charge me for the fix! Fernando understood I was scared and had been through enough, bless his heart. When I need some 'real' work done, I won't forget about the favor these guys did for me. Back in November 2019 I paid close to $6,000 to have my engine replaced. Bad idea! They had my car for 3 months then when I finally received it I had to bring it back the following day bc of noise in the engine. They then had it for another 2.5 months. Then after picking it up again the following day I had to drive out to Camarillo, where I got stranded bc I had oil leaking all over my engine. I brought it to a mechanic out there bc I couldn't drive it home. He showed me all the problems with my engine. I then paid for a tow all the way from Camarillo back to Car Doctors to make them fix my car. They had it for another 3 weeks and nothing was fixed!!! Nothing!!!! Actually when I picked it not only was it not fixed, the air conditioner wasn't working, my hood no longer stays up when opened and my headlights were out!!! I tried to bring it back bc my engine warranty is with this shop but Hector (the owner) said my car is no longer allowed here! I'm now PAYING another mechanic to fix the crappy job he did! HORRIBLE MECHANIC!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! read more
