Scrappy's is honest and they care about solving your tire problems. I went there after noticing I had belt showing on the inside of my front tire. I did not have an appointment and they still fit me in to rotate the back tires to front and mount the temporary tire to the back so I could make it safely to an appointment I had outside of Fallbrook. My Mazda 3 (2016) suspension squeaked for many months so I decided to have it checked. The mechanic lubricated the rubber and metal components. But when I took out credit card to pay for the service, I was informed there would be no charge. I was completely dumbfounded. They not only failed to charge me, but the shop's manager called a few hours later stating he had personally test drove my vehicle to verify the problem had been resolved. (Am I dreaming?) As a physically disabled person, it is difficult to move heavy liquids like soda and drinking water into my home alone. So after a long month, a friend comes to assist me in picking up a large supply of water and some other beverages, probably at least a thousand pounds of liquids to last a while, since I can not do it well on my own. After we loaded the car, I get in to drive and a man is in the street. I drive around him and hit a curb. My brand new car has a flat tire :( which isn't easy when you are very small and disabled. Luckily, a Marine named Kevin saw me jumping up and down on the tire iron and stopped to assist with the tire swap, he was very nice. But now I have this little tire problem. I can't really go to Costco where I prefer to get tires because of scheduling for kids soccer practices pickup, etc. and I don't currently have another adult capable of assisting me. So I think back to a time when I bought a vintage double stroller compatible with my disability I got many years ago and it had a flat wheel. Scrappy's not only helped me with the wheel on the stroller, but they put in on and filled it up for me. So I thought, well why not. So I pull up to Scrappy's, its only a block away. I see there are a lot of cars in the lot, so many that there is only one place to park... the handicapped. I was sure lucky. But I saw how many wheels needed to be worked on and got discouraged because my boys had soccer practice in the next two hours. The man at the counter, Jesus, came out to look at my wheel. He even opened the trunk and moved all the things for me and treated my car like it wasn't a 2013 toyota and like it was a diamond-encrusted mercedes. He took my wheel out of the trunk for me and promised me it would be done in two hours, just in time for my kid's practice. I know that you must get tires that match in order to not strain the axel due to the pull of the tread. I was worried it was going to be costly, since the hole in my tire was on the sidewall and non-repairable. I was worried I'd have to buy two, and that it might be a price gouge because there wasn't many options for a tire exactly like the stock tires on my vehicle. Jesus checked the treat on my tires and noticed that it was similar to a tire he carries in stock. The treads are almost identical. Not only did I not have to buy two tires, I can buy one and it will not pull on my axel because Jesus went out of his way to find a tire that would work with my car. Perfect! Now the price.. I was worried it was too good to be true. No way I can get a brand new tire that matches and in two hours two blocks from my house... impossible... but not only was this the most awesome place ever, they also had like TEN wheels in line for tires. I dropped my tire off, went to take care of my responsibilities just in time to get my little one to soccer practice. Because his practice ends later than their closing time, they said I can return to get the tire put on in case my brother cannot do it. All in all, with the same exact warranty Costco gives (60,000), in was less the time, with way nicer and way helpful people, and significantly closer, with a really good tire, so good I didn't need to get two of them, it was only $115 with tax. My brother ends up not coming into town and I have an early doctor appointment. I still have the donut. Remembering what Jesus said, "Just come on by and I will put it on for you if you can't get it on." I thought well why not they just opened I'll go on by and see if he can put my wheel on. I come out and he immediately stops what he is doing to make sure I don't have to wait to get my wheel on and the donut back in its trunk compartment. Not only does he make sure my wheel is on securely and the little one back in its place properly secured with the bolts and Styrofoam form thing, he asks me to pull up to one of the garages in order to check my pressure light sensors for ALL my TIRES and fills all my wheels to the right pressure per square inch, to make sure I'm safe and my car is driving right. Honestly I don't even know how this place exists. Its just too good to be true. Scrappy's Tire was the hope I needed in my life at the moment they were there for me when I needed a helping hand. I consider this place a holy relief from the scandalous types that can manipulate the weak to turn a profit, many which unfortunately exist in our village. Holy in that, there is also a selfless man named Jesus to help out a person in need. Good job Scrappy's the world needs more of your businesses out there. And Jesus is a great employee and human being. Thank you. read more

I had AAA get me and drop me off here. Steve looked at the damage, got someone to get a new tire on in 15 minutes or less! Nice quality tires, fast and efficient, and reasonably priced. I made the mistake a few years ago with using a tire shop that was discounted and a chain. I waited til 1 minute before closing time before they put my truck in their bay and they somehow managed to do a poor job. I had leaks from two of the tires and told myself I would use a local place next time. I called Scrappy's on a Wednesday and they were able to see me first thing Thursday morning.
