At the exit, the gate malfunctioned -- it started to open and then stopped, leaving me stuck. Staff repeatedly insisted that I had "lost my ticket," which was simply not true. It was clearly a system/jammed ticket issue, but they continued to treat it as my fault until the very last moment. Because of this, I was stuck at the exit for about 30 minutes with a line of cars building up behind me. People were getting out of their cars, upset and confrontational, and the situation became extremely stressful and uncomfortable. What makes this even worse is that this is a 2-hour free parking structure -- yet because of their delay, many people in line were likely pushed over their free parking time through no fault of their own. This could have caused others to be charged simply because the system failed and was not handled properly. At no point did staff properly acknowledge the actual issue while it was happening. I was only allowed to leave after a long delay, without any real explanation or accountability. What's most frustrating is that the official response I received afterward still frames this as a "misunderstanding," which is not accurate. The issue was never recognized in real time, and I was blamed throughout the entire incident. This reflects both a failure of equipment and a lack of proper staff handling under pressure. For a city like Beverly Hills, this level of service is unacceptable.

I drove into the structure and was directed up by an attendant. The structure is filled with mainly reserved spots so after driving around and not finding anything I decided to leave and try another. I get to the exit gate and my ticket says I have been there for 2 minutes and that I need to pay $3! I told the attendant I was only there for 2 minutes and didn't even park and he said it doesn't matter and to read the sign. He then points at a small sign that says "No Grace Periods" and then rudely walks away. I didn't even park my car. Please go a street over and use the structure that gives you 2 hours free. Guy comes out and looks at me incredulously and I say 'Can you get the damn gate off of my car?"...He releases it and says "What did you do!?"...I said I paid and then went to retrieve my card...Who cares as your gate slammed on top of my car...Doesn't it have a Censor? "...He says "My boss will come out"...The Boss woman comes out and starts yelling at me that it's my fault...Because I backed up and she has the video tape!!! I said "So fucking what! Why can't I back up?" She angrily explains when you back up that her gate thinks you left and then comes down!... I said "Your gate just slammed down on top of my car...And you have no sign at all saying that the gate will come down on car if I back up or don't leave!"...She then says..."You damage my gate! I will sue you!..."Let me get this straight...Your gate comes down and slams the top of my car after I've paid...Because I made the "mistake" of reversing my car 12 inches and you don't have a single sign warning me of anything...And you're going to sue me!!??? ...I then told her they had 30 seconds to open the gate and let me out or I'd have them arrested as they were trying to keep me trapped in the lot to shake me down....They got smart and let me out. Obviously since I had zero choice, I got out of my car and a doorman said that the event was postponed, and we had to return an hour and fifteen minutes later. Thankfully, my car was still there so I told the original guy to cancel it. Kid that got out of my car however reeked of sickly sweet fragrance, to the point I wanted to tell him I didn't want him back in my car. He also didn't shut the door behind me, simply left it wide open. Returned later as instructed, then had to sit in a line for about 15 minutes, so there must have been some sort of holdup which by now, doesn't surprise me. Finally received another ticket, then find out the event was cancelled. Although this again was not the fault of BHB, they were completely unorganized where I could hear others complain they had been waiting for their car for nearly 20 minutes. One poor girl had to make a flight, and she was extremely patient about it, but these guys couldn't get anything right. Of course I was ahead, yet they took the girl behind me first, so this didn't sit well with me at all. I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I hope I don't have to drive up to a future event to see the white BHB umbrella; I would probably consider driving on by after how this evening went.

I called directly and asked they said you keep calling us from two weeks ago, I was shocked found out happened to the other person as well, they didn't accepted at all, everyone told me they sell it online to get money. they did not accept any thing, it was absolutely their responsibility. It can be a hassle and expensive to park in Beverly Hills. There are several garages around the…read morecity that allow for 1 or 2 hours of free parking before 6PM, which is great. But what if you need to stay longer? The rates are pretty steep during business hours, so this is not the optimal place to park during those times. However, after 7PM on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday, they charge a flat rate of only $2! So if you visit on a weekend, you can stay all day and not have to worry about an exorbitant charge later. The parking structure is underground and there are plenty of spaces from which to choose. It is very secure and easy to maneuver. Be sure to read the signs, though, as some of the spaces are for reserved parking. The garage closes at midnight M-F and at 10PM on the weekends.

He really makes a difference when it comes to this place otherwise it would be no different than any other parking lot. Otherwise the floors are squeaky clean. They literally squeak when your car drives over them.
