I had a very upsetting experience on 04/02/26 at the Beverly Hills public parking (Brighton…read morestructure). I parked for about 45 minutes and validated my ticket before leaving. At the exit, the gate malfunctioned -- it started to open and then stopped, leaving me stuck. Staff repeatedly insisted that I had "lost my ticket," which was simply not true. It was clearly a system/jammed ticket issue, but they continued to treat it as my fault until the very last moment. Because of this, I was stuck at the exit for about 30 minutes with a line of cars building up behind me. People were getting out of their cars, upset and confrontational, and the situation became extremely stressful and uncomfortable. What makes this even worse is that this is a 2-hour free parking structure -- yet because of their delay, many people in line were likely pushed over their free parking time through no fault of their own. This could have caused others to be charged simply because the system failed and was not handled properly. At no point did staff properly acknowledge the actual issue while it was happening. I was only allowed to leave after a long delay, without any real explanation or accountability. What's most frustrating is that the official response I received afterward still frames this as a "misunderstanding," which is not accurate. The issue was never recognized in real time, and I was blamed throughout the entire incident. This reflects both a failure of equipment and a lack of proper staff handling under pressure. For a city like Beverly Hills, this level of service is unacceptable.

HiBake Grand Opening Parking Experience I arrived in the…read moremorning for the HiBake Grand Opening and was pleasantly surprised to find 2 hours of free parking--a rare treat in Beverly Hills! The only minor hiccup is that some spaces have cars parked directly behind them, which can make exiting a bit tricky. Luckily, I got there early, so it wasn't an issue for me. A few spots were blocked off with cones, but when I asked a worker where to park, he told me I could just move a cone and park anywhere. Be prepared to drive a little further down the lot to find an open space. I ended up parking pretty low underground and then took the elevator up to Beverly Canon Gardens. The lot itself is well-lit, clean, and feels very safe, which really adds to the overall convenience. For anyone visiting the shops at Beverly Canon Gardens, I would definitely recommend parking here again. Overall Experience: 8/10 - Convenient, free, clean, and safe.

Very decent parking lot in the heart of Beverly Hills. It is popular especially during lunch hours,…read morebut I still managed to find a spot. You can enter and exit from Canon Drive or Beverly Dr (at 438), so it helps when trying to navigate this busy area. There are elevators that pop you on the street, you can also choose between Canon or Beverly based on where you need to go. First 2 hours are free, which is great. Folks can speed inside a bit much and can be inconsiderate, but it's Beverly Hills, so be patient and tolerant toward those with attitudes. Otherwise, a great save when in the area!

That is the huge building on this plot of land. Where the pool and tennis are on the roof. Much fancier than Plummer Park. This place cost a nice dime in tax money so take advantage. This park is a lot more expansive than Plummer. Those are your two main options for WeHo parks. If you have dogs come to this one. Not for the dog park but because there's way more room. Plummer is literally trying to make fetch happen with a tiny dog park smaller than my WeHo backyard next to the tennis courts. Yeah guys thats what those piles of dirt are there for. Its actually manure so dont jump on top of it kids. No one will use it and it will still cost money. One day. When its no longer a pile of manure. In the meantime WeHo park is where dogs should go. They also have kids movies once in a while and concerts and stuff. For free. Except for your parking ticket. Howd you think this city affords everything, cmon. No one's actually rich in LA if you didn't figure it out by now.
