Deborah Butterfield's painted bronze horse "Storm Castle" corralled through the end of the month at Dayton & Rodeo.

Friends or family from parts of which I came some 25+ years ago require maintenance, make that high maintenance when they visit their Bev Hills connection, make that moi! In the interest of integrity, pride of zipcode, providing a visitor experience they'll write home about, I created "The Beverly Hills Fashion/Fitness Walk"©. 2 Rodeo is about midway in this 4-mile trek that begins at Roxbury Park http://www.yelp.com/biz/roxbury-memorial-park-beverly-hills?hrid=ANFVzL_63dXXolQ4vcTFcQ. Plenty of ooh and aah photo ops...cobble stone, fountain, high end shopping, European ambiance http://www.2rodeo.com/, "Pretty Woman" hotel http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beverly_Wilshire_Hotel across the street, all the stuff when you live here you take for granted. After we get through that, the tour proceeds on north Rodeo where I direct their attention to Robert Graham's sculpture, Torso http://zanzinger.photoshelter.com/image/I0000kTHSKya4LpE, Van Cleef & Arpels (Beverly Hills Cop http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086960/), Harry Winston (glitz loaned to Oscar red carpet starlets http://www.harrywinston.com/ ), more designer shopping AND just being on THE hottest street in the 90210. At this point my guests have no idea Beverly Gardens Park http://www.yelp.com/biz/beverly-gardens-park-beverly-hills?hrid=duTJ5KPD0pgHzsBEbfGGlg awaits (all the way to Doheny, nearly into WeHo) but so does breakfast and/or lunch on my dime at a resto they'll remember. OK, that's the tourist stuff. Listen up locals. If you're into art grab a look-see where 2 Rodeo ends at Dayton Way and Rodeo Drive meet. Find Deborah Butterfield's "Storm Castle" http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/two-rodeo-drive-beverly-hills?select=y7xFB867gSSEjelRydgA6Q#NKFkF433-XbsR8Ok1tLusA, powerful bronze horse sculpture corralled now through the end of this month. A focal point in Beverly Hill's Year Of The Horse Chinese New Year celebration, you'll kick yourself if you miss it.

The Rodeo drive is an area of three blocks in Beverly Hills , LA. It is known as a district where you can see the boutiques and world's most expensive shops. And hopefully you'll find some famous because it is very common to come to this place for shopping. If you do not like shopping, you can visit in place and walk through its beautiful streets , taking photos is a very nice experience and currently is a cause for tourism.

Very popular location for many movies and TV shows. Great place for pictures. When you are done, you can walk around to Tiffany and company, Porsche Design, Versace, Stefano Ricco, Vertu or eat at their cafe. You never know who you might see or meet.

What can go wrong on Rodeo Drive on a beautiful sunny Sunday. All of my favorite stores and the beautiful walkway, even if you're poor you'll feel rich walking around this area. Ever store you walk into from Chanel to Bebe everything is nicely organized and the staffs are friendly. Even if you're there just to window shop it's a beautiful area to enjoy a nice breeze.

One of the "Must Take Visitors" places in Beverly Hills, CA is Two Rodeo Drive. It is located on Rodeo Drive at the corners of Wilshire Boulevard and Dayton Way. I like the cobblestone street where the place is found. Gives a little feeling of being in Europe. Two Rodeo Drive is a very high-end outdoor shopping plaza. Retailers such as Tiffany & Co., Versace, and Jimmy Choo reside here. We do not come here to shop, though. We come to take pictures with family and friends. Maybe even celebrities, if we're lucky. Yes, it is touristy. I do like this touristy place. It sure beats going to Hollywood! No panhandlers here!!

As an open air mall, this style of shopping is inviting and enjoyable. Visiting frequently as a kid, it is a completely different experience. Stores are more high end than I remember. Crowds were exponentially greater! Lines for several stores (including Olive Young) to get in and for Ramen blew my mind. If you want a place to watch the world cup, courtyard is ready and inviting. This area was nice with the high rise century city backdrop. Although it was more crowded than I expected, meeting friends for lunch was great. The restaurant choices are wonderful. We planned to eat at one spot, but due to the wait we changed it up and it was a total hit. Parking was crazy! Lines to go up and down, it took forever to pull in a spot. The prices are expensive too if ya make a day here. Very few places validate.

Westfield Century City came to the rescue as it was about 7 miles away. Cool beans! Parking is plentiful. First hour of parking is free. Additional hours will be charged at the current rates accordingly. We were here for almost 5-6 hours. It went by really fast. It was our first time here so didn't know what to expect. Shortly upon arrival, we figured out it's an outdoor shopping mall with an upscale mix of name brand stores, boutique shops, elevated restaurants, food court with quick bites/snack/drink vendors, and fun entertainment. Overall exterior was well cared for in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It wasn't super busy nor crowded which is great sometimes because congestion of people traffic may make our dining and shopping experience a bit hard to handle. We got to see the Disney+ Hulu Throwbacks Mini Mall Pop Up showcased in the huge courtyard. It brought back some nostalgia. Neat retro activity! We hit the food court first since we were starving. We grabbed a little something from Tosai Sushi, Poukei, AC Barbeque, Fuwa Teriyaki Grill, O'Gusto, and Massis Kabob. A few were good, but not all. Check out my reviews for each one. Thanks! After our lunch, we walked around to look for drinks and desserts. We indulged in a little something from Chamberlian Coffee, Chagee Modern Tea House, Cafe Knotted, Oakberry Acai, Wushiland Boba, K. Minamoto, and Bacio di Latte. Yes, we hit most of the good sweet spots. Yum! We weren't here to shop so didn't go into any clothing stores or boutique shops. Although, we did walk into a Pop Mart to satisfy my curiosity. Colorful store with interesting dolls. Didn't buy anything though. We barely scratched the surface at this mall. We hope to come back as a returning customer to some of the biz supported and be a new customer to other businesses that we haven't explored as of yet. See you here!

I first came years ago to buy a pair of glasses, and the service was excellent. About a year ago, I returned because the lenses on my sunglasses were scratched. They took them for about a month to repair the lenses and tighten the frames, keeping me informed with updates and returning them sooner than expected. They also maintain a record of all purchases, which is convenient. During my last visit, I lost my sunglasses at Universal Studios while switching between 3D glasses and my shades on the tram tour. When I arrived at the store to buy a replacement, the staff member assisting me was fantastic! He offered me water as I tried on several pairs, searched for the pair I purchased before, and even showed me the new 2025 edition of that pair. He had me try on both versions and recommended the new version, and I ended up purchasing them. The process was quick, easy, and enjoyable, making it a stress-free shopping experience. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience, my purchase, and the look of my new sunglasses. I wouldn't recommend Gucci to everyone because we all know the prices can be ridiculous at times (docked an Afro for that). However, the excellent service helps with the price, a little lol. Thankfully, with the opening of the first-ever Amiri boutique on Rodeo Drive, I was able to get a much better picture of the brand. I had called the boutique the day before to secure some Skele-Tops, which always seem to sell out in my size. Thankfully, a helpful staff member found them and put them aside for the next day. It turns out you can't buy items over the phone (at least not yet), but once you visit the boutique you can leave your card and ID on file for them to use later on. Arriving the next day, I was struck by how different the store was compared to the others on Rodeo Drive. There's no pretentiousness or stuffiness here, which is appropriate considering the brand's general aesthetic. Everyone I encountered was pleasant enough, including the guard outside, and there wasn't a typical Rodeo Drive attitude to any of the employees. This was especially true for Eric, who I worked with on getting my purchase together - shoes are always tough for me, so I took a minute in ensuring they were perfect. Perfection is definitely needed considering the... "investment" required for the purchase. Thankfully everything fit well and I was done and out for my impending dinner reservation in good time. And yes, I left my card on file for later.
