First off, an event I was attending was at a venue I hated. Not the fault of BHB valet of course. However, we weren't notified it was valet only when there is normally parking underneath the building in addition to behind as well. Not a great start. Obviously since I had zero choice, I got out of my car and a doorman said that the event was postponed, and we had to return an hour and fifteen minutes later. Thankfully, my car was still there so I told the original guy to cancel it. Kid that got out of my car however reeked of sickly sweet fragrance, to the point I wanted to tell him I didn't want him back in my car. He also didn't shut the door behind me, simply left it wide open. Returned later as instructed, then had to sit in a line for about 15 minutes, so there must have been some sort of holdup which by now, doesn't surprise me. Finally received another ticket, then find out the event was cancelled. Although this again was not the fault of BHB, they were completely unorganized where I could hear others complain they had been waiting for their car for nearly 20 minutes. One poor girl had to make a flight, and she was extremely patient about it, but these guys couldn't get anything right. Of course I was ahead, yet they took the girl behind me first, so this didn't sit well with me at all. I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I hope I don't have to drive up to a future event to see the white BHB umbrella; I would probably consider driving on by after how this evening went. read more

Nov. 2023: BHB Valet company lost my car keys at an event in Pasadena. Company owner Hugo tried to call his AAA service to re-key the truck with a simple key at 1am and was unable to rectify the situation that night which is unacceptable. He was very mad that I was upset that his company lost my keys. He yelled at me and got in my face saying there was nothing he could do that night and he was leaving town the next day with 4 or 5 of his employees surrounding me at 2am. After reading reviews I was concerned that my car would towed. It was not towed, and I was assured that someone would come with AAA the next day to re-key my car. It was not AAA, but "some locksmith guy" the owner's employee Adrian knew and they had already broken into my car without me being there. Of course I was on my way, and this story worked out in the end, with new keys and no tow, but this is not the way a professional valet company should operate nor an owner act toward clients. I parked at a rooftop lot owned by this company Friday night at 7pm at 8th & Main for an event at the Orpheum. No attendant at lot, no hours posted. A couple other people like me were parking at the same time; we all looked around trying to locate an attendant or a sign with hours to no avail. We decided maybe they'd have us pay on the way out. When I returned to get my car the lot was closed and all entryways locked and sealed. I called the number posted on one of the doorways and got an answering service who could not reach a manager or anyone who could do anything. They said to call in the morning and took my name and number. The next morning at 7:30am I called to try an reach anyone who could tell me how to get my car. They could not get a hold of the owner HUGO, but did get a hold of another manager LESLIE. I was told the lot opened between 9-10am and I should just go get my car. I specifically asked if they would tow my car and was told NO. They took my name, number, and car info. I arrived at the lot at 9:30am to find my car attached to a tow truck getting ready to take it away. I asked the tow man to stop and explained the situation and how I'd been told I wouldn't be towed. He said he'd still have to get paid $100 for the "drop" fee to disconnect my car. I called the office again and was finally connected to HUGO who was incredibly rude and unapologetic. He stated since it was private property he could do whatever he wanted and it was my own fault for parking "illegally". I asked how it was illegal if the lot was open and there were no signs or attendant present and he answered I just should've known not to park there, and proceeded to cuss at me and call me names over the phone. I hung up. I got my car back after paying the tow guy, but I will never trust my car to any parking service owned by this company again and advise anyone to steer clear. read more

This Valet company not only crashed my car but the driver left the scene of the accident and attempted to return our car that way. When we confronted the driver he said said someone hit him and left the scene. Then he changed his story nervously and said the driver might still be there. Luckily my husband walked 2 blocks over to the where the accident happened and the other driver was still there because her car had to be towed. Leaving the scene of an accident is NOT ok. And furthermore, trying to return a car hoping the owner did not notice infuriates me. Why wouldn't I notice the parts hanging by my tire, or the dent on the side of my car, or the fact that my passenger door doesn't open? BHB provides valet parking for the US Bank located on the corner of Vermont and Prospect in Los Feliz. It's right next to a Starbucks, and every time I've gone to that Starbucks during the past 6+ months (At least once a week, and often more), the valet has not been wearing a face mask. There have been times when a long line of people - all wearing masks - were waiting to get into the bank, yet the valet, standing right next to them, continued to not wear a mask. I'm not a US Bank customer; if I was, I'd lodge a complaint with them. read more

This company is a complete scam. The owner HUGO CHAVEZ was very unprofessional in handling a matter in which one of his valet drivers rear ended my vehicle. He refused to provide their insurance information and insisted to handle the matter outside of insurance. After 2 weeks of going back and forth with him, he ended communication. The matter of my car damages still hadn't been resolved. This company is known for damaging people's cars and attempting to cover it up. DO NOT USE THEM. WARNING!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY Attended a Christmas Party on Saturday, 12/13/14 in the Hollywood Hills. The host hired BHB Valet to take care of the limited parking situation for their guests. Much later we learned all cars were apparently parked on dark streets a distance from the house. We handed over the car for about 3 hours. When it was returned to us the drivers side back window was wide open and an iPod was gone. Gross neglect on the part of this service! No idea whether the valet took it or someone walking by did but either way the responsibility falls on the valet company for not securing the car. iPod Classics were discontinued in September and now run from $500 and up...something not know until it was stolen. Had we known there would have been no way it would have stayed in the car. Even so, this particular one was in a leather case, under a beanie, inside a console with the lid closed. Someone either saw it go in there (valet) or sat down inside the car, rummaged through and pulled out the iPod. The attendant in charge walked away when we tried to discuss the missing item with him. DO NOT HIRE this company. They ruined my daughters first birthday. There is absolutely nothing "Beverly Hills" about their services or lack there of. My husband and I spent a good part of our twin daughters' first birthday running up and down the driveway. They arrived very late and as a result caused a huge backup of cars. All the party guests were waiting at the bottom of our very long driveway for hurry minutes; and to my horror almost half the party walked up the driveway with their children and gifts. We provided a shuttle to take people up and down the hill but of course he was never at the top of the hill so I had to run down (in heels) to get him. The same thing happened at the end of the party. Again several ppl walked down the hill to leave because there was no valet person waiting at the top of the hill like promised. These were entire families, several with heavy car seats with infants and my visibly pregnant friend. But the Absolute WORST part is that they damaged the back of my friends Range Rover. He called us immediately upon arriving home and my husband showed the picture of the damage to the car to the valet and they denied it and refused to take any responsibility. This company does not provide quality service. They don't know how to manage the Hollywood Hills area and they don't take care of expensive cars. Thieves! I attend a Gala at The Majestic Downtown on 12/16. Handed my car over to the valet like I've done a million times over without a thought of anything shady happening. The event wraps up, I present my ticket for my car and wait. After 15 minutes my car doesn't arrive after several people who turned in their ticket after me receive their cars. I inquire to the whereabouts of my car to which the woman running the show tells me "it's on the corner" I walk over - no car. I tell her my car isn't there, she jumps back on her radio, tells the guy my ticket number AGAIN as well as the make and model of my car. This happens about two more times before my car is finally brought up (this whole ordeal took 40 minutes). I'm so pissed that I hop in, hit the corner to pick up my friend that had been waiting as well on the corner in her heels looking for my car. I make it home, reach in the back seat to grab my coat only to realize that it was missing from the car. Yep, not only did this company lose my car for almost an hour, someone had the balls to steal my coat! I call the company as soon as I get into my home (2:55 am) and report the missing coat. I'm told that I'd get a call back and of course I didn't. I called them again (12/18) to follow-up on my coat to which I'm pretty much laughed at and told "they're not responsible" and "my guys wouldn't take a woman's coat." So I guess none of these men have wives or girlfriends?! Here's the thing, I've heard many stories about valet drivers stealing from people's cars but I've never had it happen to me. I am 1000% sure that I left my coat in the car because I contemplated taking it with me into the gala but opted not to. I clearly remember opening my back door to take out some items for this event and placing my coat with my company pin on it across the backseat. No one will admit to stealing something because it would cost them their job but here's what I won't stand for - the company pretending to investigate while essentially telling me it's my fault for trusting the people they hire. I work hard for the money I earn and the items I purchase for myself are fruits of that labor. For someone to think that it's "okay" to take from someone else is disgusting. I warn anyone that's thinking of using this company - DON'T DO IT! I'll never see that coat again and that's fine but I will not go quietly into the night. read more

After having dinner at Rockwell & Stage, I hopped in my car just to realize a couple days later that my gym bag and expensive sunglasses were missing. The car was parked right after dinned and not moved until I found out the items were missing. When contacting the supervisor "Wilson" his first response was that I had lost the items elsewhere and was making this up. After a couple weeks of chasing this individual while he was trying to review the security camera recordings, his response on the phone was "I dont have to respond for anything left in the vehicle. The ticket says so". I recommend establishments not to contract with this company or individual and to customers to not leave anything in your car or it will most likely go missing. read more

GARBAGE. Had my brand new Infiniti M37 valeted on Friday (4/15/16) at Exchange LA downtown. The car was returned to me and I drove home 15 min away. Went to wash the car the next morning and the passenger side mirror was damaged. Plastic pieces were missing and paint was scraped, obviously it had been hit. Because it was on the passenger side, I knew the it couldn't have been caused by oncoming traffic. Called BHB "BEST" Valet and they refused to take responsibility for it, because I did not immediately report it (my car is black and it was 1:00 am in the morning). Never valeting my car again, especially this company. Never trusting anybody to drive my car except me. Poor customer service, dishonest employees, and overall shitty company who do not care about their customers. Now I'm paying $600+ on an accident caused by one of the employers who are apparently "well trained, well supervised, and well groomed (wtf)." Take a look at their reviews. Hugo the owner is always ready to go scout a location immediately so I can get a quote and accurate prices to give to my client. No last minute "oh by the way, it is going to be more because ....", like most companies will do last minute. For those of you writing a review because something got stolen from your call, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS WHERE IT IS VIEW ABLE. Even when you attend a party, don't leave your personals unattended. A valuable object was STOLEN while under the care of this company. They were either in on it, or NEGLIGENT, with respect to the one thing the company is most responsible for: keeping your car and the items in it safe. Damaged my car and refused to give insurance information. The driver drove our of the parking lot right in front of us and hit the back bumper against the concrete floor. He refused to hive his name and driver license. He all of a sudden forgot how to speak English! I took pictures of the driver. The owner, Hugo, refused to provide insurance information. I had to file a police report and file a claim with my auto insurance company. Let's see what happens with the insurance. Otherwise, I will have to file a small claims lawsuit! HORRIBLE! read more

Hugo and his team did an amazing job!!! My engagement party was last night and from start to end Hugo was on top of everything. He was able to get us a quote right away (and btw his prices were very fair and competitive compared to other Valet companies). Moreover he obtained all necessary permits needed. When our party started all 13 of his valet people showed up and were prompt, courteous and respectful to all our guests. We did not have one single issue and everything was PERFECT!!!!!!!!!
