Great selection of flowers but a tad overpriced. I came here last weekend to get some flowers for my wife to earn me brownie points (the national championship for men's NCAA basketball is right around the corner and I want to have a party) so I decided some beautiful flowers and a nice dinner would definitely get me started towards my goal. I know what types of flowers she likes and dislikes but other than that I'm horrible at picking out pretty flowers. The employee that helped me out did so from the first minute I was in the shop, I told her what I knew she liked and disliked and how much I wanted to spend and she picked out a perfect selection. Angira is absolutely amazing!! I called to order Hyacinth and had asked about Sabzeh, I was planning something special for my Persian girlfriend. At first when I asked about Sabzeh (I probably did not pronounce it correctly either haha) Angira was not sure what I was asking about, but I went ahead and ordered the Hyacinth. The very next morning before I went to pick up my order I had a voice mail from her, she figured out what I was looking for and picked up an order for me from her friend. So so thoughtful!! Also, she made my pick up super easy. I gave her all my cc info over the phone the day before and the next morning she came out to hand deliver my order so I didnt have to park or anything. Worst customer service of my life!! I have never in my life written a review on here and I felt the need to voice my situation so people are aware and pick one of the many other beautiful flower shops, privately owned with lovely and kind owners. The owner is absolutely the most unprofessional, rude, lack of customer service I've ever experienced in MY LIFE! I placed an order for my mom on the 25th of May for her birthday to be delivered to her place of work as I live out of the country in Europe. The order went thru and they were delivered, nothing to do with the flowers themselves. Three weeks later, all of a sudden, I get a phone call while I'm away from my phone in a meeting and my colleague answered saying some gallery called--no message from them or clear understanding of what that mean or what it regarded. Shortly after, I received an email from the owner stating that after 3 weeks, the payment hadn't gone thru and been disputed by my bank (had no clue of this at all and it was almost a month later, so was baffled as to what and why) she continued to say that she took it upon herself to GO to my moms place of work and bring this issue up to her WHILE SHE IS WORKING, staying the problem and remarking that the payment hadn't gone thru. First of all, why would you EVER go to any recipient regarding any issue with an order--that is not only horrendous and completely unacceptable for the giftee but also extremely embarrassing for your business!! Who has the time to physically go and confront someone who received the gift, what would she possibly do about the payment!! How embarrassing, in the middle of her work place! Instead of admitting she was entirely wrong and EITHER WAITING FOR ME TO ANSWER, or emailing prior or EVEN LEAVING A VOICEMAIL, she felt that she wasn't wrong in any way, never apologized, and instead sent me horrible responses back stating that it's my responsibility to ensure the bank processes it out of the country and that it's her responsibility to get paid. How about your responsibility to make a customer happy or even have some compassion or customer service? Who speak to someone like this who spends money on YOUR work? How would I ever know the payment would have issues or not go thru AFTER 3 weeks???? Absolutely horrible, look at these unprofessional, horrendous replies with absolutely not a care in the world or even a hint of professionalism! This makes me livid as it deals with my mom and something that should have never been brought up to her! Take it from me, if I'm Sharing this with you and writing such a long review, please give your money elsewhere to a shop that actually cares about their customers instead of their pathetic 70$. Such a sad case of such a terribly run business with nothing much to offer but a Beverly Hills attitude :/ Update: please don't listen to her response on this review, this is not at all how she spoke to me while dealing with this issue. Her tone of voice is entirely different in our email thread *see screenshots* and her poor excuse of not leaving a voicemail is a laugh in itself, lol call the person back and leave one, stop with the lies. I live in Baltimore, Maryland and needed to find a florist that delivered to Beverly Hills, California.  After several bad experiences with online florists, I was concerned about finding a reputable one, especially for this delivery.  I have learned it's essential to phone florists in the area of the delivery so there is not a middle man involved, and the flowers can be delivered straight from the florist, directly to the destination.  Trusting someone design what you have in mind, and order, is essential. Unfortunately, many times it is never done correctly. It was amazing after searching I found the most wonderful florist I have ever dealt with, Beverly Hills Flower Gallery!  I spoke with Angira and told her what I wanted. (On top of her florist name and address, at the end of her website, was a photo of a persons arm holding a bunch of breathtaking flowers in pale colors). Angira suggested a clear glass vase with tea leaves on the bottom. Prices are "very" reasonable. Even though the result wasn't lilies as request originally for my doctor's 65th bday. The arrangement Angira made was beautiful. Here is a tale for the ages... Enjoy.... Basically my call was a case that florists probably see everyday, however, few probably walk through the details behind the situation. After searching a few florists, I wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend at the time, letting her know how special she was and how amazing she is. Furthermore, she advised me against splurging on the insane monster holy moly bouquets saying, "Buddy, as beautiful as these are, flowers don't save a relationship". We both chuckled and I told her I know, that's what I was after, but I did want to make it special. Point being, it's then I realized while of course any business wants to make money, she wasn't ALLLLL about the Benjamins and I settled on a show stopper which she even added some extra bells and whistles for me as a little personal Angira touch to make it pop off. I used to be in the building that this store is located. The good: They always make the most beautiful flower arrangements. The owner, Angira, is always very accommodating and very professional. They have special rose specials on Friday's, so take advantage from it. The bad: None, except the place is inside a hi rise building, so you don't know there is a florist unless you know it's there.
