I reached out to Black orchid on a Friday, needing a beautiful basket with flowers for Saturdays bridal shower. The service was amazing, we did everything over the phone and they delivered the basked to my location. The bride is, 10 days later still enjoying the beautiful flowers, and I would totally reach out to them again!

This is the most wonderful flower shop in Beverly Hills! They are so stylish with how they do their arrangements! I typically get flowers each week from them and they last for so long, they always supply the highest quality roses and hydrangeas for me! You will not be disappointed with this shop

These girls are CRUSHING it in Beverly Hills. You will get some of the most beautiful flowers you have ever seen!! I regularly order expensive flowers for wife and I can confidently say these ladies are in a class of their own. I called the day of an event and these ladies happily assembled an AMAZING bouquet (the Venus) for me same day. They even offer delivery!! BUY THESE FLOWERS, you won't regret it. NOTE - some bouquets do involve painting of one or two flowers, just to be aware if it's a last-minute order, it may need 30-40 minutes to dry. THANK YOU BLACK ORCHID!!

Also, the owner Olga is so helpful, accommodating, and sweet. She's done many arrangements for me, and they are always so beautiful, but my favorite was my wedding flowers, it was beyond what I imagined and perfect! She so easy to work with, with a great attitude, and she is really there to give you exactly what you want. If you need arrangements, and something creative, Black Orchid Flowers is a no brainer.

This place is right across the street from my work and I needed some place to find a nice bouquet to send condolences for a loss in the family for a coworker. The ordering process was a bit strange, because you essentially have to go through the process like it's a delivery and there's a small button to click that says "pick up?" that you need to click on. I went there after work to pick it up and found it tucked away upstairs above some shops. It's a cute little florist shop and the woman who worked there is friendly. I did think the price was a bit high for what what was received. I upgraded to a "deluxe" version of the moonstone and it was VERY BEAUTIFUL and tasteful arrangement, but it came out to $186 ($170 + $16 tax). Plus, I was charged an additional $25 for a vase. I think if I needed something quick around work it's a great place with quick turnaround time. read more

I ordered the Hanukkah bouquet this week and was absolutely blown away. Ordering was a breeze, my order was ready as scheduled despite me giving short notice- and Kate the attendant was very sweet. I'd like to add that the bouquet uses a color scheme that is traditionally for Hanukkah but also makes a beautiful winter birthday bouquet option. I am also surprised at the fair/ affordable prices considering the area and the season (for both the kind of flowers used and holiday time). I picked the "classic " option, assuming I would get a smaller bouquet and was delighted to find that it was substantial! Thank you Black Orchid Flowers, I will be back much too soon! read more

Initial communication was great. I needed 12 calla lillies and a bunch of gypsophila. The woman I spoke to helped me figure out how much gypsophila I needed which was helpful. They confirmed my order via text and had me pre pay. Total was about $78, no vase, which wasn't a terrible price but also not a deal. The parking by them is not the best so be weary of that. Also I had trouble finding the shop. It's small and on the second floor. But I called in for directions and the woman I spoke to was helpful directing me on where to go. Their communication leading up to the pick up was great. They were very responsive via text. Day of pick up, I needed to pick up after my scheduled time which they were accommodating about. When I received my flowers, one of them was dead and broken. I texted a photo to the person I had previously texted and I didn't receive a response. I then posted a 4 star review on Yelp which caused the store to reach out to me. Turns out the shop never received my text. They confirmed this with a screenshot of their messages. Orchid sent me a partial refund for my order and assured that they would have replaced the flower if given the opportunity. I would highly recommend Orchid. Their service and responsiveness to negative feedback shows that the company makes their customers a priority and that they are always willing to learn and grow. read more

Planning a wedding can be an incredibly stressful experience, and it often feels like everyone in the industry is out to take advantage of you. However, Olga and her team at Black Orchids Flowers proved to be a breath of fresh air. After wasting a significant amount of time with other florists who either lacked expertise or quoted exorbitant prices, we finally met Olga. Right from the start, she impressed us with her knowledge and professionalism. What truly set her apart from the others was her ability to work within our budget without compromising on quality. She understood our vision perfectly and executed it flawlessly, resulting in stunning floral arrangements that left us in awe. We found this place on Yelp, and even though the owner was already booked for the day, she was super accommodating and took the time to make us some beautiful floral arrangements for our tables. The shop itself is beautiful and decorated so nicely. You can tell a lot of care goes into everything they do. If you're ever in need of flowers, definitely give them a call. They really came through for us when we needed them the most, and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out.

Turns out there was a mixup by the driver on bouquet delivery and the business was kind enough to address the mixup. Now I have a beautiful pastel bouquet reminiscent of oncoming spring as well as a classic romantic set of red roses. Each bouquet has an artistic flair and it's clear the business put considerable amount of thought behind each arrangement. Hell, I'd even strongly argue this flower shop should be the top of every bride to be's choice for a wedding bouquet. Thank you for the flowers. I'll be happily prancing around and shoving these flowers into the faces of every friend, family, and acquaintance I know.

I found this shop online and saw that they had the type of arrangement that I wanted. I called and left them a voicemail and they called me back. They were able to have the arrangement available for pick up within 48 hours. When I got there, I realized that the arrangement was far too large and heavy for me to deliver myself. They offered to deliver it by the end of day for an extra fee that I thought was pretty reasonable. Total it cost me about $400 with tax. It's a small shop that's apparently been around for a very long time. The owner was very professional and helpful. I could tell that they were extremely busy because I guess it was the week that Office staff are recognized and so a lot of offices in the Beverly Hills area were ordering custom flower arrangements for their secretaries and paralegals, etc. The arrangement was just as beautiful as I expected, and it was a huge hit. My friends humorously refer to it as their float and it will probably last for months. The only reason I dropped one star is because you can probably get something similar and more unique at places like Rolling Greens for significantly less. You could also probably just pop by Armstrong and find a very similar looking arrangement for a lot less. I didn't know that at the time and saved myself some time hunting around. I don't regret my purchase. This tip only applies to white orchid arrangements: if you're looking for a different type of arrangement or bouquet, no guarantees that rolling greens or Armstrong will have that. Hope this helps.

Found MFG on Yelp. They delivered the flowers and they are exactly as pictured on the website, which is definitely not the case for many florists. My friend was delighted, as was I. I now have a new florist. Photo attached. Gorgeous, and even slightly less $$ than the last florist I used. As pictured $120, plus tax and delivery. They also have a $99 version of this arrangement.
