It was beyond perfect. At first I was anxious since my exchange with Brooke was initially just thru the online ordering system and I went for the custom arrangement. I provided as much detail of what I was going for, threw out some flower names and types of colors preferred, filler leaves as well as adjectives to go with it, hoping for the best. I had to change the delivery date, and Brooke was able to respond quickly and accommodated! That was already a good start! When the day came for the flowers to be delivered, I received an email from Brooke and she sent me a photo, informing me she was on her way. I was immediately delighted seeing the photo. She basically was able to arrange based on my requests and it was pretty spot on. I was so surprised, because, often times vendors will just arrange based on availability and you always end up feeling disappointed as it was not what was advertised, or close to the product photos, and on top of that, paying so much more for average results.
