With the tracker I can see if it was opened, how long it was open for and where and if the email was successfully delivered or if the email failed to deliver. I sent emails to several different agents at UTA and the emails had trackers and not a single agent opened the emails! Not one! All the emails were successfully received/sent so I know the agent emails were valid. Does this mean the emails found online are not legit? Do they filter out messages from unknown people? Honestly, I think this is very rude and disgusting. Why can't they answer their emails or atleast read them! I highly recommend calling them instead.

He had availability the next day and came down to check out the problem. We tested the speed throughout the house (3floors) and while the speeds were decent we were not getting the 1gig internet we are paying for. He suggested we try his mesh system router and bam that was the issue. With the router we tested we got the full speeds. He suggested we move to a mesh system over a conventional router and that is what we will do. He didnt try to upsell his systems he instead gave great advice on which ones to purchase. He was here for an hour, tested and figured out the issue while giving us advice on how to configure our new systems and what new system to buy. I would recommend him for any wifi and computer related issues.
