In my mind they have become from anxious doctors looking to serve to nothing other than Guardians of the Pain Medication-- as opposed to doctors guided by their oath to help patients. The doctors I have seen have disregarded me upon first sight, as I do not present as a typical pain patient, with comments after 10+ years of seeing me, like, "So, where does it hurt? (with a slightly mocking tone!). The bubble around the Spine & Pain is thick!!

The lady that answered the phone clearly did not want to be there and even more clearly does like people. Not only was I unable to discuss what I needed, I was unable to even make an appointment before being told I had to jump through so many hoops I was unsure of. She was not helpful at all. And I felt as though she did not want me to schedule. It was beyond the worst experience I have EVER had in health care. Given I also work in health care, I am here to say that is NOT how you treat people at all. I will not be scheduling there. Not only do I refuse to give someone like this my business but also will not allow them to take my health into consideration, when they cannot even take my initial inquiry into consideration. Now I understand that this is one person answering the phone/sitting at the front desk. and I am sure others in this company are trustworthy and nice. However, businesses need to understand that whoever you employ to answer your phone IS indeed setting the tone for your business.

Please follow his advise and you will be back to living your life and being yourself again. Not all conditions and people respond the same way to medications and he works to find the most appropriate healthplan and medications that will work best for you. Dr. Greene is a kind soul and born to be a doctor. In this day and age with much regulations doctors have to monitor and this practice takes that seriously. I wish I had the right insurance or funds to self pay and be able to see him again. He's the best pain management provider I've been treated by. He also has a highly talented and educated staff working with him. I'm no stranger to pain. I was a heptathlete from age 10 to 24 and twenty plus years later have much arthritis throughout my spine knee and shoulders to show for it. I've survived 2 car crashes into my car and a moving truck collision headon into a tree during a bad storm in which I suffered broken teeth and severe soft tissue injuries, sjc joint dislocation and vertebral strains that took over a year to treat and still being treated. I've had about 12 surgeries over the years to include my back and knee. So I understand pain from patient's perspective very well and how it can take over your life. I understand pain because of my Masters degree in biology: molecular science. Dr. Greene knows how what to do to get you back to your goals. I hope you will get to be seen by Dr. Greene. He takes time with each patient and really listens to each patient. Dr. Greene continuously researches to find innovative and the best treatments for his patients. So if there was anything negative, be prepared to wait an hour to two to be seen. It will be well worth it. Hope this review helps you and to your good health.

I'll admit, after being involved in thousands of spine operations, the tables turned when I became the patient. Connie, the tech helping during my procedure and running the X-ray was amazing as well, I was lucky enough to have her in my procedure both times. If you go as a patient to have an injection, request her. Very professional and down to earth. Eases whatever nerves you may have about the injection. Dr Wagner is very up front. Tells you his honest opinion. Tells you what you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear. First injection didn't work, which he warned me of statistically beforehand. Second injection is next week. Said he will try twice and no more. He's not trying to add to his bank account by doing countless injections when statistically the chances of them working get drastically lower after #2. Calms my nerves with his great sense of humor. I'd HIGHLY recommend him to friends and my peers in the surgical community. It's a little weird for me personally being under the needle rather than holding it. Great experience though.

I saw Dr. Wagner because my DO thought I might have a torn labrum in my hip, as well as chronic…read moretendonitis in my shoulder (I know, I know, I'm a mess). Dr. Wagner appears to be the authority for Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, which might help with the tendonitis, and was recommended for prolotherapy of the hip. As an aside, if you're looking to do RPR, make sure you don't have Aetna, as they are the only insurance that doesn't cover this procedure. My DO (who I've reviewed here) refers his patients to Dr. Wagner for prolotherapy of the hip because he does it under fluoroscopy (a continuous X-ray), which is important because the hip joint is such a deep joint you don't want to go in there blind. Dr. Wagner seems like a nice guy, and very knowledgeable in his fields. After the first visit he ordered an MRI with contrast. At the second visit he checked out the MRI and it turns out that I don't have a torn labrum so he was unable to help me, and by the time the second visit came around I had my tendonitis under control. However, his demeanor and his apparent abilities gets him four stars in my book, although it should be noted that I have not had that much interaction with him. One thing that should be known about him is that when the diagnosis deals with something that falls outside his expertise he gives very conservative advice. For example, if one were to have femur-acetabular impingement he would advice no running, rowing, cycling, or any weight lifting that puts additional load onto the hip, even if it doesn't cause pain. This is not a bad thing, but a good thing, playing it safe with issues he's unfamiliar with is very reasonable. I merely mention this because I feel like it should be worth noting.

From the moment we met Dr. Gaski he has been a pleasure to work with. He is attentive, answers all our questions, and has great bedside manner. The African American x-ray tech is absolutely amazing we hit it off with him from the beginning just due to his personality. His x-ray room is also nice and calming with the lights. I gave 4 stars due to the front office staff. When we arrived for our first appointment they were missing paperwork from the WC company and didn't even have him in their system even though we had a confirmation of appointment from the insurance. This caused a lot of undue stress for my fiancé after just being released weeks before after being in the hospital for a month. I believe this error should of been caught and taken care of before we arrived at the appointment. Luckily our rep from the insurance was there to fix this error for us otherwise they were going to cancel our appointment after we just drove for an hour to get here. also At the end of this appointment we scheduled our next follow-up. I called the week prior like i normally due just to confirm appointments since we are seeing so many doctors. I was informed then that they had no follow-up appointment scheduled for us. How did this happen when I scheduled it with the front desk before we left for our last appointment..smh So luckily they could get us in but it was at 8am instead of the 11am we requested the first time which caused us to have to get up at 5am to ensure we made it there on time because again we are driving for an hour to get here. Overall, everyone in the back has been amazing and very helpful if we needed something (notes, etc.). I believe the front desk staff could learn to be a little more proactive and friendly. However, the overall experience was good.

I came here for follow ups from the ER & to get casted. They were fantastic and had (and still do) all safety measures in place. I also came here for PT, but that's a separate review. Now I am back with my son who sprained his ankle. Yep, *sigh* Dr. Creech is a foot & ankle specialist and let me just tell you, she is AWESOME! She was very thorough, highly skilled & knowledgeable, & had a great manner about her; she & my son were engaged in fun and friendly banter & I enjoyed watching it. He felt really great being in her care, which was wonderful to see from a parent perspective. If you need any kind of medical device to assist with your healing, they have it and they have a casting room should you need a cast. My son needed a boot to transition him off his crutches and they fitted him right then & there & we hobbled out with his new boot on! We also got the step down ankle brace at his follow up. They have one of their physical therapy offices sharing the floor with them so should you need any PT it's super convenient. The entire staff is really wonderful here! If you need any kind of orthopedic needs I would definitely highly recommend this practice without hesitation!

Parking was probably the hardest part at this location, as I'm used to going to Reston or Tysons Corner, where parking is very close to the office. Once I found parking in a lot about a quarter-mile away and walked to the office, I realized I couldn't get in without pushing an intercom button. Again, not something I was used to at the other offices that I've been to. But once I got inside, checked in, and let them know that I was trying to get lab work before my visits, they took care of signing me in for both and getting me set up. The lab tech took me back shortly after, and it was someone I knew from the Reston office. After finishing with the lab tech, the nurse practitioner quickly called me back, took care of the reason I was seeing her, and had me quickly on my way to my next appointment. I can't say enough about One Medical as a practice, and I highly recommend you give them a try if you need primary care or a new doctor.

My absolute favorite doctor Dr. Lim has left the practice so I've been hopping around whoever has been available and have found each person that I have met has been incredibly kind, smart, and sensitive to whatever issues I am facing at the time. The back and forth communication between the app is amazing and has saved me hours of my life .. and the ability to make same day appointments is life changing. They have a children's practice as well, which I am highly considering switching to as I can see it being easy to schedule sick and well visits, get doctors notes, etc. My company used to pay One Medical Group as a benefit but it is so good that I continue to pay out of pocket. I am so glad that Amazon has purchased the company to make this type of quality health care more accessible for all.
