When Dr. Kaas came in, and she explained she was held up for personal reasons. I then waited for the PA to come in to finish the visit and she did not show up at all. I waited another 20 minutes and I decided to leave. I am 67 years old and have NEVER left a doctor's office in my life. I told the front desk why I left. Five minutes after leaving, I received a phone call from the PA who told me they were short staffed. She invited me to come in today at my convenience to complete the treatment, but I could not. I will not be returning to this practice. This all could have been avoided by a kind explanation at any point in time while I was in the office.
