This place is horrible, I gave them a second chance on my Levi's and they ruined them again!!! DRY CLEAN only means DO NOT WASH!!

I took a letterman jacket to be cleaned and a patch put on from when my husband was in school. He earned the patch from football and was giving it to my son to put on his letterman as my husband never had a letterman jacket. They lost the patch with his pin as well. I did not receive a call from the manager at all. I received a call from the lady's daughter who lost the patch asking where they could purchase a new one. I explained to them it could not be replaced and they need to find it. I am heartbroken that my husband's patch is gone and they have no regard for this situation. Sooo happy to have another laundry option in Los Lunas! Please visit and keep this place busy. We don't often have need for dry cleaner, but have to occasionally use for king size comforter. Great work so much so that the whole family drives over an hour to drop off clothes. Problem is we've found the place closed during stated business hours. I have found a closed business is a major impediment to commerce. Had to drive home empty handed as the paces was stone cold locked today. Lost my families business we can't waste a large portion of Saturday on a drive to stare at a locked store. Great work if you catch them open however. read more

I've used dry cleaning services over the past 10 yeas and $30-$60 each each visit tends to be an investment. I have also had experiences good and bad. I tend to use the same business once I find one who does a good job. I've had 4 cleaners I e used consistently over the years and recently had one that was not customer focused or cared much about quality of their services provided. This place was not a small chain either. After my last incident I decided ok no more. This isn't gonna change and out of needing cloths done in a rush I came across Beverly's on a commute from Socorro to Albuquerque. I have not had the welcoming experience with a dry cleaner ever before. I feel like a life long customer and I've only been using this business for a couple months. I love business like this who are more concerned with their guests rather than the payment. Not only do they do an amazing job but I'm greeted with a friendly smile every time I come in tot heir store. They are so pleasant and friendly and I recommend them to anyone who needs to look clean and sharp, or just needs good old fashioned customer care and service. Ohhhhh.... and I have been offered their changing room one day when I was on a way to a meeting and needed to change when I changed outside my car. That alone speaks alone! The owner came out and told me to come in and use their room and mirror. I could go on more about the things I like and will continue to bring my business here due to their hospitality and quality. I am very disappointed. I was so excited to have a cleaners near my home. I went in and the shop is so cute, clean, and left a great first impression. I dropped off a dry clean only coat and went back in a week to get it. I was having it cleaned for a New York trip. I paid the $17.00 and before I walked out I noticed the coat was damaged which was not explained to me when I paid. The girl was nice enough and called the owners. The owner asked that I leave the coat for her to review. I did and have not heard a word since. I have called several times and have shown up twice. It has been more than a month and I am now not only out the $17 I paid for a coat that I do not have and have not heard a word about how to rectify the issue; but now I will likely have to sue. I am so disappointed and it is unfortunate to have to write a review to prevent this from happening to someone else instead of a local business doing the right thing to make a matter right. I love supporting small business and know that mistakes happen I just wish this business made right their mistake. read more
