The cashier ask if you want the receipt, say yes and review it. Why should the cashier ask if you want the receipt, as it should be given to you automatically, this isn't about saving paper! Then When I called, they put on "the manager" who said, he wasn't present when I purchased the product, how insulting is that. I called again to ask for the manager's name, they said the manager wasn't there Sunday, his name is Mario. So what rude, and insulting person did I speak to! The one star rating is for the rude insulting "manager." I don't need to lie for pennies. But, Mario the Manager, Lenny, and Maria of Green's Natural foods reached out to me, they didn't have to, but they reacted like professionals helping me with the double charges on my products! Mario will address the rude "manager of produce." The five star new rating is for the quality of food, but MOST OF ALL THE WAY MARIO AND OTHERS RESPONDED TO THIS SENIOR.

It's weird to me how much better this location's food bar is compared to some of the other locations around. I can think of a few locations that need to pick up some lessons from the Chappaqua store! Oh, and their wraps are fantastic. You'd think that wrap recipes would be the same from store to store... but I guess not. Another thing I like about this Whole Foods is that they have an entire section of discounted items (those whose expiration dates are nearing). It's cool to be able to locate those items all in one place... and some of the deals are amazing. As for the staff, kudos to the hiring manager for assembling such a top-notch team. It must be hard in some ways to compete with huge chain stores, but what you get with a smaller independently owned pharmacy is a uniquely personal touch. When you call or come into the store, they know you and ask about your family. When they have had a family misfortune or loss, your caring and concern is returned to them because they have become not only essential service providers, but friends that you care about.
