Went in to get an eyebrow wax. She did a terrible job so that the wax burned my skin. Then she had the audacity to say it was my skin that was the problem! My skin was too sensitive! Perhaps it's a defensive thing they do to avoid legal action. Ridiculous. I've been waxing my eyebrow for 15 years and this was the first issue I've had. Absolutely do not recommend. read more

Had my first and second chocolate waxing done here. It's the least painful Brazilian I've had so far. Previously, I've had beeswax, hard wax, algae wax and another I can't recall. I did come home to a few strays, which DOES make me crazy, but I came here because I wasn't going to be able to make the appointment I'd originally booked with my regular, who leaves me with no strays. She's awesome at double the price of this chocolate wax, and she does not take walk ins, as they do. I'm so happy they were able to accommodate me. I am pleased with the service. read more

I visit here to get my eyebrows threaded. I get it done in a particular style and they do a great job! Their times of being open is also convenient. I highly recommend if your looking for a good threading. They offer other services as well though I've never tried them. The place is clean, nicely decorated and always full but they move very quickly. Note, the owner always does my eyebrows. read more

First time here and I love the way my eyebrows and lash extensions turned out. I paid a total of $36 for both the brow threading and individual eyelash extensions. Seema, the owner was very nice and took her time with my brows ( and as I told her I haven't gotten my eyebrows done in about 5/6 years - I don't trust just anyone, was faithful to one brow lady, and since then I tweeze them myself). Terrribleeeeeeee!!!!!! I try to give this place a chance so many times but still disappoint me. I try to give them a chance with my eyebrows they do a mediocre job. Then I went in for lash extensions which should last 2-3 weeks. I needed them for an event this weekend. My lashes literally came out two days before the event. Didn't even last a week so upset Waste of money. I got them done cause I'm traveling and now I'm going there without lashes. I have gotten my lashes done before and this was the worst. She literally did it in 10 mins and was rushing cause it was busy in there. She didn't let me dry and slipped alot of steps what a completely waste of $45. For cheap products. Seema is amazing at eyebrows and I trust her. She will do what is best for you instead of what is more expensive. I had a brow lash and tint. I am going to bring my daughters here! I also love that she is a local Mom and we found our her kids are in the same grade and school! There are many beautiful offerings here including a teen organic essential oil facial. Terrible service! I came here to get eyelash extensions, some of them starting falling off that night. I came back the next day to have them fixed and more fell off the next day. After coming back twice in two days I asked to have them removed and refunded because when I purchased them I was told they last 3-4 weeks. The worker was very rude and refused to refund me only offered to fix them again. I obviously can not come back everyday. I had them removed and left upset that I wasted my money. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Terrible work and terrible customer service. read more
