Went to this place during business hours (1:40pm) and the door was locked. I waited for a minute or so with no answer or acknowledgment. I get it there's probably 1 person working and they're in the bathroom or on lunch, whatever. Just put a sign up at least, the worst part is they had what I was looking for. I saw it through the screen door. UPDATE: Was contacted by owner and he apologized for my inconvenience. I came in at a later date, and the customer service I received after finally interacting with an employee was excellent. They have a lot of great looking pieces that I might come back for later. Bought an Axon Vape for 60 bucks at this store that does not work. On recommendation from them I bought a new battery for another 20. Still did not work. At my third visit back They pretty much told me Tough luck instead of being an honorable business and letting me return or exchange it. I live locally but won't be back, or recommending them to anyone. That's for sure. read more

I've been to this place 4 times and called in once to make an inquiry. I'm very displeased with the treatment I got from this shop. On my last visit, I actually felt like I was robbed. I'm never coming here again. Too bad cause it's relatively near my house and the prices can be reasonable. I'm ordering stuff online from Element Vape from now on even if it's a little more expensive (delivery fees) at least I get what I pay for and my money isn't stolen. Visit 1: I came in and asked for 100ml e-juice under $20 the guy (pretty looking) manning the shop said they didn't have any at that price so I bought one for $24 Visit 2: Again I came to buy e-juice. The guy with the lobe ring dealt with me and he showed me several bottles under $20 that I saw during my first visit. I bought one for $18. No problem during this visit. Call 1: The guy with the lobe ring answered. I asked if they had kanthal wire and cotton for making coils. He said he didn't understand and hung up. I ended up buying wire online. Visit 3: The pretty looking guy was manning the store. I asked if they had wire and cotton and he said yes they did. I asked for 100ml e-juice under $20 and again he said they didn't have any but I already knew they did so I just bought the brand I bought during my second visit for $18. I should have called him out but I was in a hurry to leave. Visit 4: The guy with the lobe ring was manning the store and he was too stoned to be accommodating and seemed very impatient. Again, I asked for 100ml e-juice under $20. This time he said they didn't have any. He started pointing at this and that bottle so I took his recommendation and bought a bottle for $22. When I got to my car I noticed that the bottle was only 60ml. I went back inside immediately and told him I asked for 100ml. The guy with the lobe ring looked like he was about to lose his temper and I had to profusely apologize. So he called his boss and agreed to change the item. He gave me a 100ml bottle that cost $18. He didn't even offer to return my money for something I had originally asked for in the first place. He just stared at me until I left. I lost $4 from that purchase. I felt like I got robbed. This is when I decided never to return to this store. read more

They do not stay consistent with their hours. I called an hour before they closed and the person on the phone said they would close at 9 however when I arrived 5 minutes before close the doors were locked, and the guy was still inside and disregarded me even though he clearly made eye contact with me. read more
