Went to this place during business hours (1:40pm) and the door was locked. I waited for a minute or so with no answer or acknowledgment. I get it there's probably 1 person working and they're in the bathroom or on lunch, whatever. Just put a sign up at least, the worst part is they had what I was looking for. I saw it through the screen door. UPDATE: Was contacted by owner and he apologized for my inconvenience. I came in at a later date, and the customer service I received after finally interacting with an employee was excellent. They have a lot of great looking pieces that I might come back for later. Leaving review as 2 stars so that when people look at this review they see that this store has integrity and does right by their customers. 5 stars and I will totally come back!

Bought an Axon Vape for 60 bucks at this store that does not work. On recommendation from them I bought a new battery for another 20. Still did not work. At my third visit back They pretty much told me Tough luck instead of being an honorable business and letting me return or exchange it. I live locally but won't be back, or recommending them to anyone. That's for sure. read more

I've been to this place 4 times and called in once to make an inquiry. I'm very displeased with the treatment I got from this shop. On my last visit, I actually felt like I was robbed. I'm never coming here again. Too bad cause it's relatively near my house and the prices can be reasonable. I'm ordering stuff online from Element Vape from now on even if it's a little more expensive (delivery fees) at least I get what I pay for and my money isn't stolen. Visit 1: I came in and asked for 100ml e-juice under $20 the guy (pretty looking) manning the shop said they didn't have any at that price so I bought one for $24 Visit 2: Again I came to buy e-juice. The guy with the lobe ring dealt with me and he showed me several bottles under $20 that I saw during my first visit. I bought one for $18. No problem during this visit. Call 1: The guy with the lobe ring answered. I asked if they had kanthal wire and cotton for making coils. He said he didn't understand and hung up. I ended up buying wire online. Visit 3: The pretty looking guy was manning the store. I asked if they had wire and cotton and he said yes they did. I asked for 100ml e-juice under $20 and again he said they didn't have any but I already knew they did so I just bought the brand I bought during my second visit for $18. I should have called him out but I was in a hurry to leave. Visit 4: The guy with the lobe ring was manning the store and he was too stoned to be accommodating and seemed very impatient. Again, I asked for 100ml e-juice under $20. This time he said they didn't have any. He started pointing at this and that bottle so I took his recommendation and bought a bottle for $22. When I got to my car I noticed that the bottle was only 60ml. I went back inside immediately and told him I asked for 100ml. The guy with the lobe ring looked like he was about to lose his temper and I had to profusely apologize. So he called his boss and agreed to change the item. He gave me a 100ml bottle that cost $18. He didn't even offer to return my money for something I had originally asked for in the first place. He just stared at me until I left. I lost $4 from that purchase. I felt like I got robbed. This is when I decided never to return to this store. read more

They do not stay consistent with their hours. I called an hour before they closed and the person on the phone said they would close at 9 however when I arrived 5 minutes before close the doors were locked, and the guy was still inside and disregarded me even though he clearly made eye contact with me. read more

She went to the back stock room and urgently came out with a male employee. Their eyes followed us closely throughout our visit. At first, I thought it might be standard customer service, but it quickly became clear that there was an odd intensity to their attention. It felt invasive and made me highly self-conscious. What was even more troubling were the subtle, yet unmistakable signs of racial bias that I sensed during my time there. I believe that every customer deserves to feel safe and respected, regardless of their background. Regrettably, I felt judged and unwelcome, which is a sentiment I never expected to encounter in a retail environment. It's disheartening to think that there are still places where certain individuals might be treated differently based on their race. As we approached the counter to pay for our items, I reached for a pill container on displayand the make employee moved a small tip jar away as it was near the pill holder product... weird. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning to this location. I hope the management takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve, regardless of who they are. I would recommend that fellow shoppers consider their options before visiting this store. It's a shame, as I had high hopes for this place, but my experience has made it clear that improvement is needed.

Although I explained this to the female employee whom I believe is Judy, she didn't care and shoo'd me away. She had an absolutely crappy ass attitude and rude tone of voice. This store is the local GNC I shop at, but not anymore, I'm never coming back after today's incident. To be fair, Corporate GNC is at some fault for this return policy and should provide updated company policy training to all stores. It may be helpful to differentiate the "franchise owned" versus "corporate owned" stores and adjust their return policy because it sure isn't universal across the board since these franchise owned stores don't follow policy and apparently can do whatever they want... because verbatim "the store takes a loss for online order returns" -judy.

I found a photo of a green and yellow lei they had previously sold to past customer and decided to call in and ask if they had one in stock. The graduation was a few days out so I was pretty rushed to find a lei in time. I called in and spoke to the person (I think the name was Ronnie?) and they kindly informed me that they would have to see if they can make a yellow and green colored lei in time. They gave other colored options just in case the green and yellow was unavailable. After I got off the phone, they let me know the price (about $71) which needed to be paid before they can put the order in. I venmoed the money over and received a photo of the lei the day before graduation. I let her know that I will be in the morning of the graduation to pick it up and everything went smoothly! Communication was great, pick up time was easy and my cousin was thrilled with the lei! The price was a bit high though but the customer service was great!

My honey and I came in to purchase a boutonniere for his 50th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in, the energy felt off. I immediately noticed there was no clear explanation of the process -- I had to ask questions just to understand how things worked. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. I had to firmly express my concerns and insist that it be corrected to match what we originally discussed and ordered. While I waited for it to be fixed, it was frustrating to say the least. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.
