I've been here twice in the past year, and both times they have helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The check-in process took less than a minute and there was a sales associate ready to assist me right away. As you can see from the photos, it is clean, organized, and nicely decorated. There are two gender neutral bathrooms in the lobby available for customer use. They also have a mobile app, which is very easy to use, where you can browse deals and order for pickup. The service was good back when I first went there. I went there only as a medical patient but wow have things changed. They banned me for a new employee (who doesn't work there anymore already" shocker. This employee accused me of hitting her in the parking lot. When all I was doing was leaving as I always do from the dispensary. And as I was backing up, this new employee starts cussing me out, saying I was going to run her over. I sincerely apologized and told her I couldn't see her due to my Blindspot. She then went inside and told them to ban me from all kind Goods. The next time I went in, they would not let me go in and they refuse to let me purchase or even come in. I'm sure many people spend thousands of dollars there, but I was a frequent customer almost every two days I would go there every single employee just about there in the Saint Charles location knows me. So when I went into this location and they told me I couldn't come here either the front desk security gentleman screamed at me at, telling me I'm not allowed at any Kind Goods ever!! I've wrote emails trying to explain that this was all a total misunderstanding I would never ever cause issues I've been coming to you guys for over three years. This is the way I'm treated. I've spent about $1000 a week with Kind Goods. I'm sure losing me doesn't hurt them at all but I urge many many people instead of going to Kind Goods where they're not so kind, go to Codes, North, or High Profile! AWFUL!! Bought a product late October and when it was sold to me she said if there's anything wrong with it, leave it in your car, and we'll refund or replace. Tried to return it today and the young man managing was obnoxious, double-talker. He said they changed the policy on returns 2 days ago. He said if I want to have them "consider" a refund I would need to take a video of myself showing the cart doesn't work?????????? and send it to their management office. LIE, CHEAT, STEAL. Great experience for a novice buyer. They seem so much better than the competition. You get 20 % off your first order and even a free T shirt if you spend a certain amount. If you join their free customer loyalty program, your purchase points go towards cash dollars off your next purchase and not "discounts" on products, like other places do. Their prices are also lower on some products than the competition. That's what made me visit them in the first place. Did I mention their online menu is amazing and very user friendly? It was extensive and very easy to use. The employees are also amazing. Everyone is kind and personable, especially Alex. Questions are welcome, and you don't feel stupid for asking them.
