TERRIBLE! Lime green hair lady was the absolute rudest! She said her name is Mary, when I asked her to speak up, she said she wasn't/ didn't have to give me her name. Customer service doesn't exist at this location. I don't know why she thinks she can raise her voice at people and not get a reaction. How are you mad at the customer because you messed up the order? Asked to remake the order. REFUSED! Asked for a refund. REFUSED! I don't understand. Told to call corporate but they can't provide the number. My husband raved about this place and said I had to try it so... I took the trip out since it isn't close to home. When I arrived I made them aware I'd never been and everyone was really nice. It's a cute little place tucked in a strip mall. Even though I was going to order the raspberry smoothie, the employee that was helping me told me all the benefits in the Wildberry glow and that it was based off of a drink in California that was made famous by the Kardashians. (I had to see what the hype was about) This is definitely a health smoothie! I did drink it. It was expensive but the benefits that it was going to give I guess would be worth it but-- I'm a foodie and I prefer a good taste over health lol it wasn't a bad tasting smoothie but it definitely was a health smoothie. Walked into the establishment at 8:12 AM. Gentleman working looked up at me and continued working. I thought maybe he was going to finish what he was doing before approaching the counter to take my order. After making some type of wrap, he proceeded to the back and was there for a few minutes. Upon returning to the front, he acted as if I was not standing there waiting to order. This was my first time trying this establishment located on Plymouth in Livonia. I refuse to spend my money in places like this. I usually visit a Nutrition for an energy tea but wanted to give Beyond Juicery + Eatery a try. I guess that won't be happening, I will be returning to a Nutrition location and never stepping foot back into a place like this. read more

This is by far the worst beyond I've been to. Would give it a 2 star because I know how good their stuff is, but I've never had it at this location. The first time I came in the guy that was there said it would be an hour before he could make anything for anyone because of a catering order... this time I come in there are 3 people working, a line of about 5 people and no eye contact from anyone working. I was not about to sit there for 20 minutes. Very disappointed in this location and the frequent bad service regardless of who is working. read more

I came in for lunch and ordered a wrap. The person who took my order both looked and acted like he didn't want to be at work. The wrap was thrown together and was borderline dry. I asked for a side of dressing and for $1.50 it wasn't even filled up completely. Grand opening was chilly, but worth the wait. Line was wrapped around the building, but they efficiently took orders when you got inside. The staff is still learning, so give grace or order in the app with modifications as an option if on a time crunch. Everyone was pleasant. I ordered a Carlo's Way with no honey. The smoothie was good and stayed cold for well over an hour in the compostable cup. I like that everything is done fresh to order. I also tried the Chicken Cali salad with chipotle glazed chicken. It is a tad spicy, so if you don't like spice hey regular chicken. I would return. Pricing is just a little more than TS, but the ingredients are fresher, they use less ice and have an assortment of drink options including raw juice. I've tried Smoothie King across the street and Tropical Smoothie regularly. They open at 8am during the week. Parking is ample with spots behind the building and side given its in a large plaza. They are right next to a chicken spot that has a drive thru, so watch the corner. App offers a way to bank points and there is a new subscriber offer (there was of of writing this review). Brand new business with two very engaging and kind owners, Paul and Leon running the place. Their employees were friendly and helpful while taking our order, preparing the food, and making the beverages. Everything was made fresh to order. There were baskets of fruits waiting to be used in the beautiful concoctions with fun names! There is even a doggie treat for $1 - a frozen banana with peanut butter for your furry bestie! Parking is pretty convenient at this location. The interior is very bright and I love the decor inside. Makes it so much more lively and fresh. The large windows and high ceilings make it feel so open. There was maybe 30 people inside at once and it didn't feel crowded at all. Staff gave me some recommendations for items to choose. I went with the Colombian Smoothie, which has Banana, Coffee, Mocha Latte, Froyo and Honey. Let me just start by saying I am a smoothie FANATIC! They're my go-to beverage whenever I have class, need to run some errands, or just to take a chill day. Recently, I've been using them to wake me up in the morning to give me some energy and start the day off right! I love the flavor of the smoothie. It's not too overpowering and I can taste very ingredient. From start to finish, it never loses its taste or gets bland. It's hard to stop drinking haha! The portions are pretty big, perfect for the price of a smoothie. In my opinion, Beyond Juicery is definitely better than Tropical Smoothie by miles! So much easier to drink the beverage, no unnecessary chunks and is the perfect texture overall! Staff are extremely friendly, and I was welcomed by Leon. I was later introduced to Paul, and both owners were very so kind and welcoming, and gave off very positive energy. I love how the owners took the time to walk around and welcome everyone and ensure that everyone was doing okay. I love how the cup is biodegradable! This is the perfect eatery for lite and healthy options for brunch/lunch. I just love the design of this eatery, the large windows, and seeing all the customers inside engaging with each other. The new opening and social event was BOOMING!! Customers lined up inside ordering and waiting for food and smoothies to go. Upon entering the eatery there was Paul (owner) greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining what was happening. I made my way through the line and ordered a grilled chicken Cesar salad and a Dilly smoothie. FYI: I do have food allergies and that was no problem at all. They have separate equipment and utensils for special orders. Just ask!! I just love seeing all the fresh fruits out on the countertop and watching the employees grab one of the fruits and start the smoothie process. My smoothie came out first and it was green!! Cool color. It was thick but easy to drink and I could smell and taste the banana more than anything. Then my food order came out on a separate ticket order. The salad was so fresh and full of flavor. I enjoyed the crunch of the croutons and the fresh grated Parmesan cheese. I also like the bistro tables and chairs along the window side for customers to dine in. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. It was nice to see this community come together and enjoy this social event. I would leave 0 if I could! Smoothie taste like straight ice/water I never even left the building I told him I didn't like it because it tasted like water he said because I asked for extra ice.... I asked for the consistency to not be watery, me asking for it to be thicker shouldn't take the flavor completely away.... He would not replace/remake my drink told me I had to buy it again... the manager (which was a male as well) was standing right there and didn't do anything as well! Never ever have I gotten a smoothie from somewhere that DIDN'T MAKE IT RIGHT and couldn't get it remade. Will never go back this is the only location I know that does this! Ordered a Create your own salad. I choose usual house salad ingredients. and got a free smoothie, as my first reward. The smoothie is good, although the first few sips are questionable. I'd recommend for this chain to dice or slice their red onions thinly. My salad was VERY onion forward. I would add more protein as well. Also, I ordered a specific side of dressing and was given the wrong dressing. Terrific location! Was very excited for this Beyond to open up in my area. An absolute delight! Not only does the food and the shakes taste great, but they're also great for you. All natural and fresh ingredients. The food tasted great, loved the vibes that were coming from this place and the staff was very nice and attentive, will be coming to this place very regularly. I won't be back. The manager or whomever he is left himself a $3 tip on my bill and I didn't realize it until later in the day. My $7.00smoothie turned into 10.00. When I went back in to ask about he he said he can't do anything but give me half off on my next smoothie. He claimed the machine did it on its own. Lies. Wow!! This place was AMAZING! One thing i want to say is that no matter how busy it gets, the line is so efficient, you will always get your food and drink in a timely manner. The food itself is was TERRIFIC!! I tried the cilantro lime wrap with the chipotle glazed chicken and it was phenomenal. I LOVED how the staff helped me try a new smoothie i never had before witch was the ALIVE smoothie with energy supplement added to it, i really appreciate it when they help out new orders like that. My mom got the new mango passion bowl and LOVED IT. And the vibes coming from this place were so nice i didn't want to leave, i just wanted to stay there and try more food and try all the different juices they have. GREAT TIME!!! read more
