This was my first time and didn't want to commit to that. She then eluded to that she didn't want to do the facial, because she wanted to play with her new machine (toy) she got in. I was beyond annoyed by this point and she just kept talking about this. I booked for my first time facial. If I'd known my time would have been wasted I would not have went. Next time please just honor the bookings people make and not talk their ear off and just provide the service. If the customer inquires about products then that's when you talk about it.

Peter finally got to me and when I showed him what I was looking for he said that he couldn't do it. I told him I would do the chrome myself (because I know nail salons charge $20 or more for simple powder chrome topping, when the entire container costs less than $20 - I am not new to this game.) i showed him other simple styles that I would have been happy with but he looked away and said, I don't want to do your nails. I don't want to do any of them. When I ask him why he said he didn't want to deal with the grief that would come along with it. I was stunned. Excuse me, but i'm only showing you what I'd like to have done.And i'm happy to work with you to see what's your capabilities. I'm sorry that you felt intimidated by what the customer was asking but isn't that how nail salons work? He actually told me I could leave the shop and to have a nice day! Seriously? I had a waxing service scheduled as well. i encourage you if you're looking for anything more than a simple pedicure or manicure with no designs, stones, etc. do not waste your time here. Clearly, they either do not want to do the work or are not up to the task. Such a shame because coming from San Antonio, I am used to paying over $200 for a full set and over a $100 for a fill.
