THEY ROB YOU! This place is HORRIBLE, They tell you what your "copay with insurance" is and then lie and upcharge by an additional $20-$30! Even my insurance company called to say they can't do that and the shop clerk screamed and hung up on them. Then the last time I went they had the nerve to ask me for an additional $10 up charge even though there had been no changes to my policy. DO NOT GO. read more

Let me start by saying this is the worst Pharmacy ever my medication always comes late. The people that worked there are so rude they always have an attitude. not too long ago I receive my medication from this Pharmacy that was not mine. It was someone else and I find this unprofessional for their pharmacy.. that's why I transferred to another pharmacy save your time don't go to this place. You have the worst experience ever. This mom and pop pharmacy is charging two times the amount for an iHealth COVID-19 test. The original price online is $13.98. They are charging $40.00 +. So sad that during this entire pandemic... everyone is just trying to make money off the situation rather than survive it. read more

Customer service attitude so bad，I have receipt but store dose not help me to return，I didn'n say anymore，manager told me " You can only return it from the original shop，I can't give you refund，Because you didn't buy it from us" ，Is wal-mart a private company？Can't I choose the one near me to return it？The walmart website doesn't say that. Or the manager was lazy to help me or look at me through colored glasses，Just because I'm not his color？I can only think so. Other walmart managers were nice enough to help me. I've been going to Beyond the Pharmacy for so many years. There are no words to describe the wonderful service and care I am given every time I walk in. They are always helpful with each and every medication given. Their genuine kindness heals even without the medications given. I have gone in many times in pain and they didn't make me wait like all the other big chain pharmacys. Their customer service is truly like their name Beyond. All the employees are very helpful, caring and make you feel welcomed. The pharmacists are all very knowledgeable and attentive. Mary , Luiza , Anita and Gayane are always ready to listen to your concerns , are very respectful and help no matter how busy they are. They also deliver, which is amazing. I went here with my boyfriend to fill his script. He's had been here before to fill other scripts because it's so close to our house. I would give this place 0 stars but it won't let me. The older pharmacist is the rudest pharmacist I've ever encountered, which is shocking considering I've never encountered a rude pharmacist in my entire life. He flat out refused to fill the script without offering any reason why. His demeanor aggressive and negative. We left confused and still do not understand why he refused us service other than flat out discrimination! I cannot believe how poorly he treated us! Who knows why he refused - if there were other reasons, he did not communicate them. Here we are now at Walgreens when we were trying to support a small, local business. I have been a customer here for a very long time and I cannot express how happy I am about their service. They do not treat you like customers but they treat you like friends and family. I filled a prescription here a few times. It was fine. I brought a different prescription here for a controlled medication that I fill once a month on the date it's due. I was using a pharmacy by my doctors office. But because it's hard to get to the west side in traffic when you work, sometimes 7 days continuously, I decided to fill near my residence and work. I was told "we don't carry this medication". I'm a pharmacist myself, and had worked several years in retail. That statement makes no sense and it is unethical. Is it not available to order? Are you not a licensed pharmacy? I guess I am profiled as a drug abuser because I am an adult with a legal prescription from a licensed physician that is filling their prescription on the date it is due. There is a registration database where you can look up my fill history if you really suspect it. I hate to speak negatively about a fellow pharmacist, but that is unethical to treat someone's medical condition as less important because it's treated with a medication with abuse potential. Have more compassion. I won't be taking any of my business here now, since they only want some of my business and the rest of my business is bad. read more
