The workers at the pharmacy itself are generally clueless and completely incompetent. All you're doing is ensuring your customers are as annoyed as possible every time they come in. It must make for a miserable experience for every one. Just provide better service. Add an option to simple skip the automated system and at least just go straight to leaving a voicemail for the pharmacy to call back from.

This isn't just about money it's about integrity. Patients should not have to argue for valid discounts or be forced to overpay for essential medication. Check your receipts. If you use the CVS app, make sure your barcode is being scanned and honored. Transparency matters. Accountability matters. Do better.

There are always angry customers who have problems here, so I know it's not just me. Yesterday I had to call twice to fill a prescription and both times I was told it would be ready within an hour. I never received a text that it was filled or ready, so I had to wait until this morning when they opened to call again and check on it. They then told me they don't have the medication in stock, even though TWO people told me the day prior that they had it and that it would be filled within the hour. How is that acceptable?!?! I could have spent my time trying to fill it elsewhere instead of waiting for them to fill it like they said that they would, so I lost an entire day of waiting for nothing. The people who work here are incompetent, lazy and do not care. I am now out of my medication and had to scramble and literally spend more than an hour and a half trying to get it filled elsewhere. Additionally, I had to call this CVS 4x before I was able to talk to someone. I went through their automated system each time, then was on hold waiting for someone to answer, and each time about 4 minutes after being on hold it would hang up and disconnect the call. Like what??? I will never try to fill any prescription here again. Do not waste your time and get burned by these incompetent people. Literally any other CVS is better than this one.

I called to transfer an prescription from a different Walgreens, the staff looked it up, said it was held up in the other store due to insurance charges, but then the next day they cleared it and got the prescription ready for it. That was very considerate and great service. When I came to get the 1st prescription, I had a second one to fill, it was incomplete (missing some key information) and the staff directed me to have my doctor's office call them... the issue was cleared in minutes. I waited about 20 minutes for the whole thing, which to me isn't unreasonable... During the process I sat right outside the pharmacy and saw how busy the staff was - phones were ringing constantly and many prescriptions seem to have issues! I imagine the operation of a pharmacy can be quite complex. But the few people who came during this short period seemed to have gotten what they wanted and left promptly. The store doesn't have a nice front entrance on Wilshire; you have to go to the back where there is a small entrance. The building seems a bit old but inside was clean and organized and the cashier on duty was friendly.

Now magically it's gone? And they already told me before that if people don't pick up certain medications fast enough, they give them to their "regulars." So now I'm left without my medication because Jazmin says so? That's ridiculous. Don't call patients and tell them their prescription is ready if you're just going to give it away and pretend it never existed. I have screenshots, voicemail proof, and the app history. This is beyond unprofessional. THE WORST because them giving my medication to another person, I have to suffer ? NO this is horrible I don't know what kind of business are doing opening my medication to give to some one else.

It got so bad that our doctor was about to call on our behalf when I, instead, finally just called around and found a local pharmacy that received the prescription, called us about 20 minutes later, and had it filled and ready to go in about 10 minutes after that. 30 minutes, start to finish, no hassle, no rude staff, no endless stress wondering if you'll be running into the same recurring problems time and time again. This is the same Walgreens where we had to actually have the INSURANCE COMPANY call to tell them to fill... drumroll... the exact same prescription we're having trouble with again. Just so sick of it. If this is how this location continues to do business, I suspect they'll get themselves roped into the latest round of Walgreen's shutters.

Best pharmacy ever. The staff is just so nice. WAY better deals than at CVS or Walgreens. The best part is how easy they are to reach. I can text them about refills, timing, or random questions and they reply quickly. No sitting on hold, no phone tree, actual humans who are super responsive and make everything simple. They've helped me sort out insurance stuff, kept me posted when a refill was ready, and even gave me options when something was out of stock. It feels like having a best friend who runs a pharmacy. This is a fsmily business and you are treated like family! If, you want personalized pharmacy service look now further than West Knoll Pharmacy. They are attentive, patient, and do not judge. The atmosphere is warm and gentle! And, everyone their understand everyone has different needs. They do not paint individuals with a wide brush but instead take each patient individually. West Knoll Pharmacy in West Hollywood is a family-owned pharmacy that is up to the challenge and will go to any length to ensure that its customers are satisfied. I went to get pain management, and they were very attentive in making sure I knew the dosages and how to take the prescription securely. I just went to this Pharmacy recently. I met the pharmacist and his sweet mother. I had a few concerns because I had done my own research on my prescription and the pharmacist was extremely patient. I felt safe inside the store (you have to be buzzed in) and also that my privacy was important, it wasn't a crazy line of 15+ people like CVS or Rite Aid. Only tricky thing is getting into the plaza.
