The worst pharmacy on earth…read more You provide medicine to sick people. The automated voice system is enough to drive any person insane. The workers at the pharmacy itself are generally clueless and completely incompetent. All you're doing is ensuring your customers are as annoyed as possible every time they come in. It must make for a miserable experience for every one. Just provide better service. Add an option to simple skip the automated system and at least just go straight to leaving a voicemail for the pharmacy to call back from.

The answer was no. Which is odd. Why couldn't they send it to a location with a working machine? Then I asked for a refund and was told I had to call an 800 number. I said you can't issue a refund when your machine is broken? She said no. I called the 800 number and was on hold for 13 minutes to finally get a refund. Which will take 3-5 business days. This is a terrible way to do business. The time that was wasted on phone calls with the store and the 800 number, I will never get that back.

Time. Employees told me they "don't use the app discount," which is completely inconsistent with other CVS stores. I later confirmed with other locations that the barcode should absolutely be accepted. A manager acknowledged the issue and promised reimbursement. I'm still waiting. This isn't just about money it's about integrity. Patients should not have to argue for valid discounts or be forced to overpay for essential medication. Check your receipts. If you use the CVS app, make sure your barcode is being scanned and honored. Transparency matters. Accountability matters. Do better.

There are always angry customers who have problems here, so I know it's not just me. Yesterday I had to call twice to fill a prescription and both times I was told it would be ready within an hour. I never received a text that it was filled or ready, so I had to wait until this morning when they opened to call again and check on it. They then told me they don't have the medication in stock, even though TWO people told me the day prior that they had it and that it would be filled within the hour. How is that acceptable?!?! I could have spent my time trying to fill it elsewhere instead of waiting for them to fill it like they said that they would, so I lost an entire day of waiting for nothing. The people who work here are incompetent, lazy and do not care. I am now out of my medication and had to scramble and literally spend more than an hour and a half trying to get it filled elsewhere. Additionally, I had to call this CVS 4x before I was able to talk to someone. I went through their automated system each time, then was on hold waiting for someone to answer, and each time about 4 minutes after being on hold it would hang up and disconnect the call. Like what??? I will never try to fill any prescription here again. Do not waste your time and get burned by these incompetent people. Literally any other CVS is better than this one.

My experiences here were quite good, to be fair. I called to transfer an prescription from a different Walgreens, the staff looked it up, said it was held up in the other store due to insurance charges, but then the next day they cleared it and got the prescription ready for it. That was very considerate and great service. When I came to get the 1st prescription, I had a second one to fill, it was incomplete (missing some key information) and the staff directed me to have my doctor's office call them... the issue was cleared in minutes. I waited about 20 minutes for the whole thing, which to me isn't unreasonable... During the process I sat right outside the pharmacy and saw how busy the staff was - phones were ringing constantly and many prescriptions seem to have issues! I imagine the operation of a pharmacy can be quite complex. But the few people who came during this short period seemed to have gotten what they wanted and left promptly. The store doesn't have a nice front entrance on Wilshire; you have to go to the back where there is a small entrance. The building seems a bit old but inside was clean and organized and the cashier on duty was friendly.

The pictures came out outstanding. She was extremely helpful and very patient and letting me decide what size I could have in addition to the photograph, letting me know that it wasn't very clear she wouldn't suggest certain sizes. She was extremely professional kind the whole staff, including the manager was great today. Been coming to this Walgreens for 4+ years and, honestly, have just gotten sick of the recurring…read moreproblems with getting medication filled... the same medication that has been filled for 4+ years, YET AGAIN, has the spouse's doctor saying they sent the medication over not once, not twice, but three times over the past 10 days. Walgreens claims they never received it...despite sending us text messages that they received a refill request. Called them four times, every time (excluding today) the person answering the phone couldn't give the tiniest of care to help solve the issue -- "we don't have it, call your doctor". It got so bad that our doctor was about to call on our behalf when I, instead, finally just called around and found a local pharmacy that received the prescription, called us about 20 minutes later, and had it filled and ready to go in about 10 minutes after that. 30 minutes, start to finish, no hassle, no rude staff, no endless stress wondering if you'll be running into the same recurring problems time and time again. This is the same Walgreens where we had to actually have the INSURANCE COMPANY call to tell them to fill... drumroll... the exact same prescription we're having trouble with again. Just so sick of it. If this is how this location continues to do business, I suspect they'll get themselves roped into the latest round of Walgreen's shutters.

There was an Asian male pharmacist who seemed to be in his mid- to late 30s (5/6 120 lbs) who actually did not listen. He spoke with broken English, and there was a younger Caucasian man, early to mid-20s 5/7 125 lbs, who acted more like a juvenile delinquent who actually looked like shaggy from the scooby-doo cartoons, who also perpetuated systemic racism towards people of color and microaggressions towards members of the LGBTQ community.
