As soon as you walk in you see a well-stocked store from the ground to the ceiling. Each area is stocked by size that is neat and in an orderly fashion. Selections for boys and girls both young and old. I am always impressed with the price point on all items. I am also intrigued with the quality of clothing. A small area in the back with books and toys. A tiny section in the front with brand new old school toys. I have also had the opportunity to co-sign here. Impressed with the process and believe I was fairly compensated. I highly recommend shopping here as the store has season items for all children's sizes. The only downfall is the service. No one is rude or nasty it is just every time I shopped here I have not felt welcomed. Not a store where you can expect to get a warm welcome, help or thank you for your business.

Most items are priced fairly with the exception of luxury designer items. My low rating mostly stems from a lack of quality customer service. This has been consistent with every visit I've made. You're basically ignored from the moment you enter the store until you leave. During my latest visit I stood at the register for a full minute while a female employee, who sat NEXT to the register, stuffed her face blatantly ignoring me. Finally, without even LOOKING in my direction, she said "you ready?" That's wild behavior. I also heard an employee talking badly about a customer very loudly for all to hear. Entitled behavior with lack of care and service. I'm not especially inclined to return.

Lots of clothing options, some fun trinkets, nostalgic toys (almost said vintage which would make me feel old ), and jewelry. Shane was very bubbly and answered our questions about the store being trans friendly. Overall, what a great place to have for our plus size and LGBTQ+ community. I almost passed Billie and Lulu's because as a larger lady I often can't fit into these cute vintage/boutique style clothes but I decided to go in anyway to see if they had any jewelry or accessories. As I entered and started browsing the racks I was seeing size markers for 3x, 4x, 5x, and 6x!! I was like -- what??? Did I just die and go to heaven?? As I remarked to my friend the guy was like yah we start at size L and go up to 6x!! I was so happy!! I started scowering the racks and found the cutest dress that was only $20. Most of the clothes aren't "vintage" per say but they are older clothes from Torrid, Lane Bryant, Catherines, etc. along with an occasional older or hand made piece. They also had all kinds of other adorable items like jewelry, rings, scarves, etc. The guy (not sure if it was Billie) behind the counter was very helpful and had a lot of recommendations for other cute/curio shops in the area. There is a wide selection of toys, plushies, apparel, and much more! You could easily spend 30 minutes inside the store looking at all their offerings! All of their clothing was OdySea themed. Prices are decent! My daughter ended up selecting a plushie and a long sleeved sting ray shirt. I picked up a OdySea themed snow globe. Plastic bags are not provided, but you can buy one of their recycled bags. This is a great gift shop and you should check it out if you're visiting the OdySea Aquarium.
