Dylan from Corporate reached out personally to assure me I was a valued customer and that they'd be working behind the scenes to drive a proper resolution. That outreach immediately reset the tone. Shop Manager Ron walked me through the diagnosis in detail, and Service Manager Brandan along with mechanic Joe were hands-on in identifying and correcting the issue after test driving the car with me. I'm thrilled to report the repair now feels absolutely dialed in. Ride and handling are fully restored -- and at 161K miles, the car drives as good, if not better, than when I bought it at 16K.
