Dylan from Corporate reached out personally to assure me I was a valued customer and that they'd be working behind the scenes to drive a proper resolution. That outreach immediately reset the tone. Shop Manager Ron walked me through the diagnosis in detail, and Service Manager Brandan along with mechanic Joe were hands-on in identifying and correcting the issue after test driving the car with me. I'm thrilled to report the repair now feels absolutely dialed in. Ride and handling are fully restored -- and at 161K miles, the car drives as good, if not better, than when I bought it at 16K. That's no small feat. Kudos to the mechanics for truly knocking this one out of the park. No big deal. So friendly. It made me think back to the day I got the car. They sent someone to pick me up so I didn't have to take the bus with my injuries. The guy that picked me up answered all my questions about the different rentals he deals with, because my car was totaled and I need to replace it. He suggested I buy from Enterprise. I'm I.
