It was pretty simple to rent a car and the service was great, but the car I received was not nice. Not sure of the year, but it was a Ford Focus. It was dirty of the outside, smelled funny inside, semi dirty inside and just not what I expected to get. I was to get a call when the insurance would no longer cover the rental. I got a call on Friday stating that Monday is the last day the insurance would cover. I made sure to call back to confirm, I spoke to Katie and she confirmed yes, Monday. I get a call 3 days later and now I owe a bill for Monday. Why? The communication is terrible and not explained properly if it's Monday that is the last day of coverage then I am good, correct? Tell me Sunday if that's the case so that I am not billed for Monday. No big deal. So friendly. It made me think back to the day I got the car. They sent someone to pick me up so I didn't have to take the bus with my injuries.
