I ordered a container for 5 days end up keeping the container for 7 days upon pick up they stated there was a late fee I didn't pay the late fee but something told me to follow the guy that picked up the container he took the container back to the yard on Brandly st. As soon as the container was w dropped off at the yard an employee stated filled the container with a bob cat. The next day I got a massive over weight bill. This is the worst business you could possibly choose. They will damage your property and deny any responsibility. They also trespass into your neighbors' driveways and cause damage there too. Every interaction with them is met with rudeness and disrespect. They consistently fail to show up within the agreed time frame. Their drivers, who appear to be gang members, may confront you aggressively, with one even revealing his gang tattoos in an attempt to intimidate us. It's not worth it--opt for a different company. I have used BG Big Box almost a dozen times over the last 2 years. They are excellent! Their drop off and pick up times are convenient and they work with you. They have always been responsive. On multiple occasions, they were able to provide a dumpster with very short notice. Their drivers are great and management has always been responsive. They are my "go to" for dumpsters of all sizes. Just to update after writting a formal complaint with the best business bureau and going to the ACTUAL address and confronting the clerk himself . I had the rep from best business send me a letter stating no lien will be placed on my home, n charges that were claimed I owed were taken off. Leaving one star because zero isn't an option. My contractor rented a dumpster from this company. Yesterday I received a misleadingly titled "Claim of Mechanic's Lien" demanding $878.24 plus fees and interest 'at the highest legal rate' with no description of the services provided. (Mechanic's liens exist but the company demanding payment needs to provide notice and a description of the services provided.) My contractor called them and was told that he owed $150. because the dumpster was overweight (the other reviews suggest that this is their MO), and that they didn't have any way to get in touch with him (apparently the search engine they used to track me down at a temporary address can't discover the contact information for a business). If I could give this place a zero I would! Mainly bc of of customer service and we felt ripped off!! However after reading other customer reviews it's more accurate to state THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS STAY AWAY!!! The man that called and left a message on my phone was hostile rude and hostels was either suffering cognitive issues or was under the influence. He first start speaking very aggressively stating that there was too much dirt in the bin. When I corrected him stating when I called to place the order I stated that this bin would be used for mainly old grass dirt and branches due the fact that my lawn was being re-done. The man then said ok but it's still over weight and said you need to pay this amount. It was worth paying the extra amount (which was more the initial fee to get the bin ) just to not deal with that individual. Do not use this company. My gardener had used this company on another job and thought they were very reasonably priced and easy to work with so he recommended them to me. Everything went smoothly and I paid my bill upon initial service. A week later I got a letter stating there was going to be a lien placed on my house followed up by a second bill that was more than the first bill. When I confronted them about the lien letter, they said it was a mistake and they didn't mean to send it to me. I asked for additional information about the job in which they were charging me and they sent me paperwork that was unclear and not necessarily representative of the work that was done at my house. When they approach their customers, they are very rude. Not even giving me 30 days to pay the new bill. I ended up paying over $1,000 for a low boy that was not even 3/4 full. Do not use this company as they overcharge and the deal you think you're getting will not be the case. The representative was rude and unprofessional. I was calling about the company's advertised price match policy statements that is clearly posted on their web page. The representative was argumentative and rude, stating, "We have set prices and do not price match anything." I then made the representative aware of the website's writing and advertised statement: 'We guarantee GREAT customer service and LOWEST RATES for all 3 yarder, 10 yarder, 20 yarder and 40 yarder dumpster rentals. If you find anyone cheaper, call us and we will match or beat their price!' The representative rudely then stated, "I am not aware of any such thing. The prices are set. We do not do that and we do not advertise that." I then said that if the company does not do that, they would need to update their web page. First off, I don't usually write reviews of companies, if I get bad service... I spend my money elsewhere. However, with the way this business handles their customers I feel the duty to warn my neighbors. I am in a full remodel of my house and needed dumpsters for rubbish removal. BG's delivered a large container (Late in the day) after driving over my decorative pavers and cracking all of them... Once the dumpster was filled. I called to ask to have it picked up, I taked to a grumpy Bill at BG who could not give me an ETA at all of when it would be picked up but expected me to wait around all day with a check in hand for him. Once it was picked up I was informed it was overweight and charged an additional $200. Okay, my bad too much weight which I know wasn't the case. The next dumpster was a low boy for concrete. I scheduled for a pickup of that one, as well as a third dumpster be delivered early the following Monday because I had crews working and I knew that I had more concrete than one container would hold. Bill at BG was consistently rude on the phone when I was trying to get an ETA on the dumpster. When the dumpster finally arrived at 4:30pm on Monday all the extra concrete was piled on my front lawn and I had to hire the entire crew an additional day to load the piles. Then to add insult to injury, friendly Bill contacted me and said I owed $210 again for an overfilled dumpster. I know this wasn't the case... Because I made sure my contractor talked to driver before it was loaded with my wife standing there. Which I mentioned to Bill. His response... "Oh yeah, we're charging you". I asked when the next low boy would be picked up because I decided to use a new dumpster company. Bill was extremely rude and said just write me the check and move on then... Well, Bill that's exactly what I've done. If I cost this company one customer with this review... then is was worth the loss of money I sustained from using this company. read more

These guys suck! As the boxes were delivered, we were told we could fill them up to 1 foot above (yes, above!) the rim of the container. The driver even called the owner of the company and checked on it in front of us. When they came to pick it up, we were told we needed to remove 2 feet of dirt, bringing the height of the dirt to 1 foot under the rim. The poor driver felt horrible because he remembered calling the owner and confirming that we were allowed to fill up to a foot above the rim. They ended up leaving the dumpsters in our driveway. I was able to get the dumpsters down to their new requirements, but spend 2 nights (2 hours each night) after work, shoveling dirt into my driveway. Not cool! read more
