Extremely unprofessional. No ounce of respect for the customer. BEWARE! After they pick up, they'll tell you the container is over the weight limit and will charge you extra, WHEN IT IS NOT over the limit. They give you a time frame of when to expect the container, but they bring it whenever they please. Safe your hard earned money and give it to a business that will appreciate your service. They clearly lie about how much you have filled the container , they charged us for 7tons and the container was half empty. They picked up the container a day early and when I told the driver they picking it up early the driver felt horrible and contacted the owner. So to make it simple, they nice to take the order to get your money and then when it come out to payment they add fees that are not part of the contract and change terms after you sign the agreement. So this was the 1st time ordering a dumpster. I talked to the guy in charge named pete, he explained what size I needed for the size roof I have, and how much time I would have it for. There was no paper work left when they initially dropped off and no paper work at pick up. Took a week later when I saw the extra $150 charge on my card, so I called and was told that I went over the weight limit. The dumpster wasn't even full when they took it and at no point was there a limit line on the box. These guys use a broker (who happens to be on their property and rents all of their boxes) who answers the phone "Local Services" and runs under the name Local Dumpster Rental but they are the same and will lie and extort you for both credit card and cash payments under the threat of leaving the dumpster on your property indefinitely. Bad business! The guys is so rude on the phone!!!! Besides we were trying to verify his 'overage' charges and he would not cooperate. Tried to tell us he will take us to court and if we tried to send a check for anything other the amount he charges us, he would rip it up. Two people moved debris in wheel barrels for 1 1/2 hours and he stated there was 7.17 tons of debris in the bin - it wasn't even full! Don't do business with this rip-off company. read more

Ridiculous. Worst box dumpster service I've ever used as a contractor. Needed 3 yarder box for one day. Specifically was told to call before noon for next day pickup. One week later, it's STILL not been removed and every day some new passerby decides to add their trash to it as it sits there. Can't wait for them to suggest I owe them for overfilling it. Or maybe they'll never come and get it and are hoping I'll just keep an ugly rusted steel box full of trash on someone's property. I will never use them again. read more

Unsure of why everyone is complaining about this place, I have only had a positive experience. I spoke to the general manager Bob and he helped me with an extension to the 7 day rental terms and was able to work with me since I was going to be out of town the weekend during the return period. The prices are reasonable and lower than most of the competitors in the area. The boxes are solid so the product is as advertised. This place was such a disappointment. They didn't drop the bin off on the day they agreed to, they didn't pick it up when they were suppose to. I called them twice on two different days and they never returned my calls. This is no way to run a business. I will not be using them again. read more

Unpleasant experience, I would not recommend them. When renting a dumpster, I stated I would need it for greater than 7 days. They said it was fine for additional $10 a day and to call when I'm done. The driver confirmed it too when dropping it off. They came to my house at 6 am and woke me up on the 7th day and threatened me with another weeks rental and extra driver fees if I didn't let them take it away. They said they had a signed contract, and they do it all the time. Use them at your own risk. read more

This place is a fraud period. I've used them twice now on various occasions. As the other reviewer said, the customer service is terrible (not the drivers, the owner). But, the fraud comes in after they pick up your dumpster. While they sell it to you for a comparatively good price, after they pick it up, they tell you that you went over the limit and have to pay more. This was absolutely impossible in my case - there is no way I went over the limit when my dumpster wasn't even half full. Of course, I can't prove them wrong since I wasn't there when they weighed it, if they weighted it at all. Take your business elsewhere and pay more to begin with than deal with this company and their tactics. read more

I ordered a box, when I called for the pick up they demanded a security deposit and since I argued with them I had to pay it in Cash, and if I didn't pay as they demanded, he said they will dump the trash on my property and take their empty box back. I had no choice than to pay it, two weeks past and no word on my security deposit refund. after numerous calls I received a check which bounced because they did not have sufficient fund in their account. Ordered a box to be delivered today. Which never arrived. Called this AM and was told they would deliver by 1PM. 2:30 rolls around, no box. I call and talk to a moron who told me his name was Bob and that he was the owner. A very rude dude that didn't know or care where my box was. My mistake was not checking yelp before I tried to do business with these clowns. I would not recommend these clowns to anyone. PLEASE READ BEFORE USING - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM First off let me start by saying these guys don't even deserve one star. I called for two bins to do yard work; told them we would have dirt and concrete, the basic stuff you get when doing your yard. We were quoted $300 per bin. They said we needed to call them the day of the drop off to schedule a time. Instead, the driver showed up at our house at 7:30am without us even calling. The driver was very nice and professional but I believe this tact of showing up early is so that you don't have time to read the contract (that they won't send you ahead of time). After two days we called for a pickup. The owner called us two hours later saying there was a big problem. He said our bins were too full and that there was trash in the bins. There was no trash, just yard waste and never once were we told we could only fill up the bins half full. He then proceeded to tell us that the dirt had to be "clean" (meaning no roots or grass - like that's even possible) and that we was going to charge us an additional $600 DEPOSIT per bin because there were roots in the bins. When I tried to reason with him he threated to dump everything on our yard and/or sue us. He then hung up the phone before I could respond. He also had his driver leave the bins and then said we owed him an additional $100 for the delivery. We finally caved, paid him the extra money (check only) and though that was the end of this jerk. Oh were we wrong. He then sent us a bill for an additional $500 saying that this was the overage fee. This place is a scam. It's better to go with a place that a little more because these crooks will screw you in the end. If you do decide to go with them, read the contract before hand and get anything that they say over the phone in writing. read more

They call you 15 minutes before they pick up the dumpster in hopes you aren't there so they can charge you extra. Who waits all day long at their house to have a dumpster picked up? BEWARE of these guys! I used these guys a few years ago and their rates were always reasonable, so I called them for bins for some sod and dirt removal. The first bin we filled and they removed no problem... Then we had a larger second bin brought over. I told them when I called to order the bin that it was SOD and DIRT and they said "no problem, the price is set at $315 for the bin no matter what you put in it". When the driver arrived I showed him the pile of what needed to be removed and he said "that is all fine, and as long as you keep the level 1 foot from the top your fine it should all fit and be under weight". Thankfully I have him on video saying this! When they came to remove the bin the driver destroyed our front walkway, driveway and a wall trying to get the bin on his truck! Over $3500 in damage! I said nothing to them at the time it just wasn't worth the drama. Low and behold 6 days after the pick up I get a call from them saying we owe them more money for the "dump fees, because it was SOD not clean dirt"??? I was totally clear with them it was SOD and seriously 6 days later? where was the bin all that time? Anyway, long story short 1 month later we get a bogus fake Lien notice for $897.45??? $500 moe than what he said we owed him in the first place? Contacted a lawyer and filed a claim against them for the damage to my house... all documented on video! ARUGH I hate people that try to take advantage of people! read more

At first they were friendly and delivered on the date we agreed on but then things changed when I called to ask why the bin was picked up a day early. I spoke with BOB Jr (or at least that is the name he gave me) The conversation started with me stating my issue and he said that he had never heard of that happening and asked what city I was in. I let him know what city I was in and he was quick to tell me "I am not the dispatcher for your area BOB is so call back tomorrow morning" I stated what good would that do if you were suppose to pick it up tomorrow. This is when he got nasty and said well what do you want me to do about it and I ask to speak to a supervisor and he told me no you may not... the conversation went on for a couple of mins with him being rude and nasty and finally I said I will call back tomorrow to speak to Bob but I will never use the company again and you can believe that I will be writing a review on the company and himself. He then threaten to sue me if I wrote a bad review about the company and stated that he would own part of my house and anything else I and my husband own if I wrote a bad review. He said they have won millions of $ suing ppl that write bad reviews. He told me to expected to take a day off work and get a babysitter (my daughter was talking in the back round so he heard her) because I would be spending a whole day in court. I told him that I would write a review and write exactly what was said and he said go for it go for it go for it... and I just hung up. I wish I would have read the bad reviews about this company prior to renting from them. Like another review said they are the cheaper rental but I would pay the extra $30 to deal with a professional company that has employees or a supervisor (as he said he was) that are professional and can treat its customers with respect. I understand errors happen but to treat your paying customers the way Bob Jr treated me is completely not ok. **** STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
