As I "hemmed" and "hawed" and got overwhelmed with decisions, Lillian calmly and politely kept touching base and working with me. In the end, I was able to get everything related to the counters booked and done with Lillian i.e. the counters, the plumbing, the sinks and fixtures). When it came to the install, both gentlemen were very professional. They showed up on time with the full quartz slab and cut and shaped it on the spot, which was awesome and fun to watch. The installation went very smoothly and I love the finished result. The guys work hard - they were at my house almost the entire day, then were headed out to another job at 5pm! Also, Granite Store is a full service kitchen and bath showroom which unfortunately, I found out about after I had already selected and partially paid for my new floors...my mistake because their prices were lower than what I paid - ARGH! They also do kitchen cabinets (I had mine painted, so didn't need this, but I'm sure they would have been competitive or beat the competition). Obviously I can't say enough about how easily this ONE piece of my remodel went (which I can not say that about most everything else...). You won't be disappointed - try them and see!

When I arrived, she was already prepared with photos of my previous tile, and had ideas on what could be a good replacement. We received a list of tile contractors from Ceramic Tile Company. We were in a bind and needed help…read morequick. We were able to secure Pennacchio Tile and we felt great! The job starts. First day seems great. Second day no one shows up. The whole week they are out. Next week new guys show up. No problem. Same thing happens. They disappear again... this time two weeks. The contract manager doesn't seem to have any answers except blames everyone else. There is never any clear communication. The actual tile contractors are never here for more than two-three days and then disappear again. While they are here- I have scrapes, divots and dings on almost all walls. When confronted- no one seems know . There were also tiles that needed to be removed and replaced and grout that was just forgot about. The whole experience was careless and inefficient. A total headache. The only thing I can say and I wish someone would have told me: They don't have the necessary manpower and in turn produce an inconsistent quality of work.... however they are quick to bill!
