He had been out about 10 months earlier to take a look at it and to give me his professional opinion. It was honest and invaluable. In fact, he suggested I ask the original contractor to fix the problem. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to do it due to time and money constraints. So, I asked Daniel to return to give me an estimate and walk me through exactly what it was he was going to do and what materials he was going to use and why. This really mattered to me because the issue was about waterproofing and drainage, neither of which was working. He answered all of my many questions and explained to me his reasoning and the thinking behind what needed to be done. He and his coworker arrived on time every morning, worked diligently through the day, and left the bathroom spotless every evening. They did the entire job in five days--removed the existing shower floor tile, the bottom tow of wall tile, and the curb, redid the slope/pan, installed a new waterproof barrier, new drain system and drain and new tile and grout. They did all of this for a fair price. Now my shower floor looks beautiful and the drainage works perfectly. I could not be happier and I highly recommend Alcazar Tile.

He was very honest and upfront with me about this and said that resurfacing would only be a temporary fix and that the cracks would eventually reappear. He suggested that I look into replacing the counter top. As it turns out, his license does not permit him to do the type of work that I need. He was very polite and I appreciated his honesty.
