He was diligent in obtaining the side splashes and replacement drawer front (the contractor put the handle on incorrectly). Bertch sent the wrong cabinets on the initial delivery but quickly replaced them within two weeks. However, they sent the wrong drawer front 2 times before getting it right almost 2 months later.

The resulting cabinets are absolutely gorgeous and very well built. I love the self-closing hinges that automatically close the doors. Stan provided all of the trim around the cabinets which matches them perfectly. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the workmanship provided. Here are a only a few of my issues with Cabinets 101: 1) They installed a wrong door hinge on one of my cabinet door. Totally looked wonky. How did it pass QA? Your guess is as good as mine. They gave me new hinges a few weeks later and I received the wrong door hinges. The doors are now straight, but now I have a big gap between doors 2) They installed a top sliding drawer where the sink goes. How does a sink go in the box with a drawer... Don't know. They took it out and installed a false drawer plate. They added a gap and you could see nails from all side because of the gap. 3) They shorted us on cabinet shelves. I asked for more shelves. I talked to the associate at the asked for my specific sized. I told the 19.25 inches wide. They sent me 19.625 inches wide. So, now I have to cut them shorter. They also shorted me on cabinet shelves hangers. They gave me the wrong size, so I have to buy the correct ones. Stay away from this place

We have had several items that needed to be returned and we were told it was over the return time frame, so we could not get a refund. We believe if you spend thousands of dollars on three bathroom remodels and a kitchen remodel and all the faucets, sinks, lighting etc. were purchased from Ferguson Home you should be able to return items and receive a refund. Obviously, this did not happen. Jeffrey the salesperson in the Santa Rosa retail store is awesome. However, customer service and returns are horrible.

I routinely get erroneous error messages about power failures. The freezer thermostat fails about once a week. The service support has been pathetic. The first guy blamed it on my water pressure even without making any measurements. Then he suggested that it was caused by my setting the 'max ice' setting 'on', which he explained was actually a minimum ice setting. I've had two more calls with the service department who promised to send someone out, but I've received zero follow up. Overall I'd say this outfit is not worth your trust. Overpriced and under performing. My next step is small claims court.
