My entire experience with Granite Store was easy and great from beginning to end. I did my research and got several quotes before I found them and working with Lillian was a delight. As I "hemmed" and "hawed" and got overwhelmed with decisions, Lillian calmly and politely kept touching base and working with me. In the end, I was able to get everything related to the counters booked and done with Lillian i.e. the counters, the plumbing, the sinks and fixtures). When it came to the install, both gentlemen were very professional. They showed up on time with the full quartz slab and cut and shaped it on the spot, which was awesome and fun to watch. The installation went very smoothly and I love the finished result. The guys work hard - they were at my house almost the entire day, then were headed out to another job at 5pm! Also, Granite Store is a full service kitchen and bath showroom which unfortunately, I found out about after I had already selected and partially paid for my new floors...my mistake because their prices were lower than what I paid - ARGH! They also do kitchen cabinets (I had mine painted, so didn't need this, but I'm sure they would have been competitive or beat the competition). Obviously I can't say enough about how easily this ONE piece of my remodel went (which I can not say that about most everything else...). You won't be disappointed - try them and see! read more

We walked into Granite Store and were helped immediately. Lillian was extra great. The merchandise was of very high quality. Sliding drawers, slide close cabinet doors,etc. AND the costs were very affordable. And I mean that. All materials for 2 bathrooms, $5K. Hard to believe. that included cabinets, counters, sinks, hardware, backsplashes. The store itself is displayed with elegance and visibility. The place is serene and comfortable. read more

I had my old cheap oak cabinets and tile countertops replaced by Granite Store Kitchen and Bath. Lillian Ao helped with design choices. She is wonderfully patient and great with color and design. My space is small which she took into consideration. Paul did the measurements and had some suggestions that were very helpful in getting everything nicely lined up as far as plumbing and electrical. My old kitchen was removed on Monday, new cabinets in on Tuesday and Wednesday, quartz countertops in on Thursday, drawer pulls about a week later. Couldn't have been more smooth. I also had two bathroom cabinets replaced. Price was very good and quality of cabinetry and workmanship is excellent. I recommend them highly. read more

The minute we walked into the Granite Store we knew we had found the right place to remodel our outdated kitchen. Lillian helped us with the process from the beginning to the end of the project. We absolutely love our new kitchen! I tend to get overwhelmed with making decisions when it comes to home repairs but Lillian helped us to make the best decisions in regards to our kitchen. There were so many things we hadn't even considered but Lillian made each design choice easy. Our remodel was scheduled quickly and began on May 1st and by May 8th we had a new kitchen! The construction crew were hard working and very respectful of our home. They took care to cover furniture and cleaned up what they could before leaving for the day. Not only does our kitchen look updated but it is more functional than our original. Again, Lillian offered suggestions that I would never have thought of! The use of space in our new cabinets fit all of my kitchen items and I still have many empty cabinets. I'm addition, no more bending to search for items or getting on the floor to dig for things. Did I mention we love our kitchen? The cost was very reasonable compared to what our friends have paid for much less. I highly recommend the Granite Store. read more
