I thought this was cool at first but realized the way they have it set up to get back to produce you either have to go past the cash registers (which I think they don't want) or loop back around to get up front again. I typically like picking up produce last so it's on the top of my cart/basket so I ended up heading back that way at the end. The rest of the shopping visit was pretty typical and I loved the selection of items they had. I ended up picking up some cheeses, yogurt, noodles, and grapes during this visit. But if you are seeking to fill your home fridge and pantry with food staples I suggest you go over to the next strip shopping center 300' feet down Douglas to the Sprout's market.

They had many chocolate items from their new Summer limited edition bars in flavors like Raspberry, Lemon and Blond Caramel, to chocolate Teddy Bears to chocolate popcorn to even slabs of chocolate behind the counter. I felt like I was in an adult version of Willy Wonka! Everything was organized and well stocked which was aesthetically pleasing! Not only do they have someone at the door offering free samples to lure in people, but they will also let you try any kind of chocolate. I was in heaven! We took home an assortment of chocolate pieces plus these marshmallow type chocolates that came in dark, milk, coconut and even strawberry flavor! It is a great place to grab a gift for someone - they had lots of gift box ideas! I will be keeping them in mind if I ever need anything. You can even get little individual packaged chocolates as well - kind of like how Ghirardelli does it, only better! Everyone working at Laderach was super nice and knowledgeable! One of the employees told me that the chocolate is flown in fresh from Switzerland every week and it really shows!
