Lg Cheese, meatball, spinach, artichoke

Plenty of seating on a Saturday afternoon, just after 1 o'clock. Place started to fill up after we arrived. Specialty drinks were delicious - Santa's Nightcap and Mrs. Clausmopolitan were tasty and perfect on a chilly day. My small Aegean Pizza, with extra Feta Cheese, black olives and no mozzarella or Greek olives, was delicious! Plenty of toppings and just enough to feed me lunch, with enough to take home for snacks. My friend's Lg Cheese Pizza with Meatballs, Spinach, and Artichoke Hearts was very skimpy on the toppings. It was as if they used the amount of toppings for a small pizza, and laid they across her large pizza. You could just about see through the slices of meatball. We won't order that again. It was tasty, just not enough toppings. It is the best pizza place in town, so we'll be back. Looking to give a 5-star rating next time - slice those meatballs thicker, please!

This is a classic pizza place with the perfect menu located in the heart of the lakes region. With many places closed on Sunday, this is a go-to place for quality food. Very pleased with the service and the food. If we were hanging out, the deck would be a lovely place to enjoy dinner. Next time I want to try a white sauce or garlic and olive oil base for pizza. I bet they will rock it!

THE BEST barbecue chicken pizza ever.

We stepped in off the street to do a takeout order for the 5 of us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was as clean as any busy takeout place I've been in and cleaner than most. The dining area looked to be large with plenty of seating outside also. The tables and chairs were cleaned as soon as customers left Our order was done before we knew it and smelled amazing. We could hardly wait to get home. It didn't disappoint. You don't need to ask for extra cheese there. The pizzas had pleanty. The barbecue chicken was the best I have ever had. The meatlovers pizza was gobbled down like they hadn't eaten in a year, lol. The onion rings were crispy and delish, as were the fries. We will definitely make this our go-to for pizza !!

Caesar salad and fried mushrooms

I came here two nights in a row while staying in Bridgton. I was really excited they were offering outdoor seating/dining options - they seemed to be the only place in town open and offering (socially distanced) outdoor dinein! We sat on the patio and ordered drinks. For food, we got a chicken wrap (bf said it was good), and I loaded up on apps: a Greek salad, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. A friend had told me their Greek food was the real deal, so I decided to go for the salad. It was DELISH. If you're into salads, you have to try their Greek. It is stellar. Fresh vegetables, tons of feta - loved it. The fried food was pretty standard, but the large portions made you feel like you were getting a bang for your buck with leftovers. That first night we gave the waitress our cards, and she seemed to forget about us- we didn't get them back for maybe twenty minutes. It was fine as we weren't in a rush. The second night I got a caesar salad and the fried mushrooms. The caesar salad wasn't too fabulous - not a ton of flavor and not really enough parmesan on it to add to the flavor. The mushrooms were good but did give me a stomachache (at least I think that's what the culprit was). Bf got a turkey BLT and said it was decent. Their fries are REALLY good. Definitely get those. On this night, we asked for our checks, and we didn't see our waitress for almost 25 minutes - the bf went inside and asked for them. No hate here, they were busy with takeout! Just was a little annoying as we did have plans to stick to. Overall, come for some beers and the Greek food. The patio has music playing and it is clearly a fun people-watching spot for locals. Just maybe don't come if in a hurry!

Crème brûlée Cheesecake

Ordered online for takeout. The cheeseburger sub was overpriced but was filling and a "large" size. I got mine with pickles lettuce & mayo. It was good. The pizza fries were a bit soggy but still tasty. And the crème brûlée cheesecake was absolutely delicious. All in all it was decent.

Not very much steak in this sub either.

Why go to this place when you can get a better pizza right at Amato's for 10 bucks less! Much better as well at Amato's!

Looking at the previous reviews of Queen's Head Pub, I was slightly shocked to see so many low…read morereviews, as the reviews do not reflect the experience that I had when going to the establishment. The establishment is located in a newer building in Bridgeton. It is evidently clear that there was a lot of thought that went into designing and decorating the venue. The focal point of the establishment is the large rectangular bar that seats a decent amount of people. For those who enjoy bar seating, this is a great place to check out, however, they still have table top options and a lounge area with couches, so there is something for everyone. Queen's Head Pub has an extensive beer list with local taps from Portland to southern Maine. They also have a seasonal cocktail list and wine offerings, but it's clear that beer is the focus. As far as the food menu, specifically their lunch menu, there are a lot of sandwich offerings with some salads and appetizers to choose from. Sandwiches come with chips or you can get fries for an up-charge. I opted for the greek wrap with house-made falafel. The wrap was filled with falafel and other add-ins, which I appreciated. Price point and quality of food certainly matched. Lastly, our service from the bartender was fantastic. The servers had been talking about a beer that people were raving about and as my partner and I listened in, the bartender offered us a tasting of it, which added a nice personal touch. Throughout our experience, the bartender was attentive, personable, and great. I'm excited to have a spot that we can frequent as ski season picks up! I definitely suggest you give Queen's Head Pub a shot.

Unfortunately, though most of our food was delicious (best buffalo chicken sandwich I have ever…read morehad!), we came in just after a storm and the restaurant's internet had been out. This caused some frustration among staff, and perhaps the few other patrons. One table next to us had two very unruly children and one teenager who was like us, quiet and polite and simply trying to get through the experience. Had it been any of the four of us adults we'd have taken our food to go to get those kids out of there. Sadly, management didn't suggest they leave. We nearly had one of our three children melt down because she's sensitive to those situations. As I said, six of our seven meals were good, but it was Father's Day and the one dad in our group didn't care for mustard BBQ. We paid for it and got a different style to take home, but that ended up being a disappointment too (too much garlic to suit his taste). Again, our server did the best she could given the circumstances, but we were only in town for a few days and can't commit to trying them again.

The corn bread was very good. My meal was good but a member…read moreof my party had a terrible experience. She ordered $18 pasta dish with a garlic sauce according to the menu with basil tomatoes and mozzarella. She was very a large mound of angel hair with a thin watery tomato sauce. Tasted like spaghettios and was served cold. Server took it back to microwave (yum. Microwaved spaghettios). She also brought a teaspoon of the advertised basil. My friend was disappointed and could not eat her meal. Food was sent back with nothing else being delivered. They took $9 off her bill for a meal should could not eat. Server did not handle this well. It was a group of 9 , but still we should be able to dine out together.

I'm so glad I did -- it's gotta be one of my favorite breweries in Maine. Definitely top 5. The views here might just be the best in the whole state. You get stunning mountain and hill views, which were especially beautiful during our fall visit. There's plenty of outdoor seating with tables, chairs, fire pits, and even some covered spots. The indoor space is small but cozy. The beer pours were fantastic. The menu was a bit limited, but there was something for everyone. Their NEIPA and DIPA were incredibly smooth, and my partner said his pumpkin ale special was amazing. They also offer food, which was a nice surprise. We ordered the pretzels (3 pieces for $10) and they were delicious. I can't wait to go back.

It's off the beaten path, but with a great vista. The beers are fantastic - smooth and flavorful... we are getting sick of bitter IPAs, and the selection here has the hop flavor without the bite. Fluvial hits home runs on several styles, and to top it off, live music that I actually like. What a great place to spend a warm Saturday afternoon!
