Bi-Mart in Junction City is located right in the heart of downtown. The location is perfect and within walking distance from just about any where within city limits. There's a bus stop right out front of the store. There are handicapped spaces available, the door isn't automatic. The women's restroom is handicapped accessible. One of the best things that this Bi-Mart had was it's pharmacy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they knew what they were doing and the line moved fast. That's one thing I miss about this Bi-Mart. The staff throughout the store are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They allow service dogs and service dogs in training. I love having Bi-Mart pretty close to my house. If you're not from the Northwest you have probably never heard of one. It's kind of like Wal-Mart, but is employee owned and focuses their products for the Northwest(Cascadia). You have to pay a 5 dollar membership fee, it's a lifetime membership. This location the employees are always really friendly and it's never that busy. If you're in the mood for something different than Wal-Mart and need some random things all in one stop, this is the place for you! read more

The pharmacy. Just a few examples, I have many more...... The length of time it takes to fill a script is just unreasonable. Yesterday we were told it would be an hour, then when we came back an hour later....we were told it would be another hour. Another time they printed out one of the two prescriptions my doctor sent to them electronically, and when I came back four days later to pick up the second prescription it still wasn't ready for me. I have secondary insurance through a company they are unfamiliar with and it sent them into an unprofessional frenzy. They treated me like I was trying to 'pull a fast one' or that I was just plain wrong. --When they figured it out, they were apologitic, but it still made me embarrassed. I go in there for basic supplies. The prices are good. They take EBT also. I also go in for Lucky number Tuesday. It's way closer than Safeway. Safeway's prices are sometimes a little higher. And the Staff is friendly and helpful in helping me find things. read more

Pharmacy stinks! Twice now they've totally blotched it up! First They didn't tell me they didn't have the med I was suppose to take since I was exposed to the deadly kind of spinal meningitis, I had to call and see if it was ready,instead of telling the doctor who called it in they don't have it. Then when I asked them to forward it to Safeway they didn't bother then either. Safeway had to call and get it from them. #2 My dentist called in a scrip for penicillan they didn't have it they said, called dentist next day and they had, said that was pretty common. When I talked to the Pharmacy he acted like he could careless if I took my business elsewhere, so I did. This was the Junction City Oregon Bi Mart. read more

This store does not understand Customer Service, being polite and helpful to people who shop there! I went in today to buy garden dirt and there were almost no parking places in the store lot because the girl scouts were selling parking places in that store lot for $3 to people not shoppers, going to the local Festival. I was not going to pay. The spaces reserved for customers were not clearly marked and it didn't matter because the lot was full with people going to the stupid Scandinavian Festival. I found a spot, went into the store and when I paid for my dirt the male cashier told me that I should 'have known where to park'. So rude! It wasn't clear where customer parking was and all the spaces were full anyway. No employees outside directing people who stopped to shop. Then a male customer started harassing me about parking so both the male clerk and the male customer were telling me how stupid I was for parking in the lot ! I am a senior female. Who trains these employees? You Tube? Really aggravating. Don't shop at this store unless you like being treated rudely. At least the kid that loaded my dirt was nice to me. Bi Mart, shame on you!!! You expect to be in business when Tractor Supply and Grocery Outlet are built? Why should we spend hard earned money to be treated rudely by your employees??? read more
