I figured she would clean it up at the end and she did a bit but it was so bad that when I pointed out all the issues, the owner had to come with an electric file and file down all of the excess polish -- and even then it STILL looked messy. You can see some of the polish left up to my cuticles in the photo. I wouldn't risk your $40 coming here -- cus after all that they still charged me the full price. Seems like a toss up if it'll be good or horrible.

Luckily i was able to do a walk in appointment as they werent too busy. But got busy right at the tail end of my session. I did a walk in on early friday afternoon and had a very specific design and color i wanted. This place had the color but i needed to confirm if they could do the deaign. The technician did a fantastic job catering to my needs and even explaining why they did what they did. On top of selecting this color, they mentioned they wanted to apply another colored coating so that the pink color cat eye i selected will be more aparrant when they finish. The golden heart was the dexor i wanted and they nailed it (pun intended)! It's been so long since ive been so happy with a session. I get compliments everywhere i go. I look forward to coming back for another session!!

I do wish they would have used disposable or new tools for every customer, maybe they did and I didn't see? The ladies here are so kind and sweet! The gentleman who took on the appointment made several errors, from not allowing the polish to dry so that it had to be redone, followed by closing the salon EARLY with the polish ruined before I got to the sidewalk. I decided that there was no hope. The next visit was taken on with a different technician. When I pointed out that the polish was on my skin and the nail not clipped right she actually blamed me for the problem. There were other items that I noticed but allowed to pass. So glad to have moved to another salon.
